The fifth villa in Bois de la Chaise, built around 1880 and renovated to modern standards, is listed in most books describing character homes in this popular tourist area. 6x13 heated swimming pool. Ideal for family gatherings, get-togethers with friends, or seminars. The villa and its annex have 11 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms (10 toilets). Magnificent sunsets. Direct access to the beach 30 metres from the villa (making life much easier for families with young children). Large sandy beach. Very residential area, dirt paths allowing even very young children to cycle through Bois de la Chaise. Tennis, sailing, and Mickey clubs nearby, accessible by bicycle. 4500m² of wooded parkland. Charming small town with all amenities approximately 2 km away. Plancha grill. Swing set. Table tennis. Arrival and departure times should be discussed with the owners, depending on previous and subsequent guests and the cleaning time. At the end of the weekend, it will most often be Sunday evening.
