Modern Retreat near Gathering Place

Luxurious, peaceful, 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath modern retreat, in a lovely connected location in the heart of Midtown Tulsa. Come rest and connect with family and friends, set aside the demands of day to day life and make meaningful memories. It is a private treasure of a sanctuary in the city, with outdoor living featuring expansive covered patio with gas grill, gas fire table and TV overlooking a gorgeous pool, spa and play-set for the kids!!
Home has a spacious open floor plan with fully equipped Chef’s kitchen, large island and walk in pantry. Kitchen is open to the dining room and living room with a large TV, fireplace and lots of comfy seating. Media room has cozy sectional seating with an 86” TV. Just outside the media room you will find an Infinity game table, where you can challenge someone to your favorite classic game, or enjoy a new one, all on a large digital touchscreen interface.
Primary bedroom is downstairs with an upscale eco-friendly king bed and a beautiful en suite featuring a walk-in shower, spa-like tub and large closets.
Downstairs also features a suite with a queen size bed.
Upstairs there is a bedroom with a King size bed and attached bathroom as well as a Double Queen suite.
Need to do a little work during your stay? We have a private office to accommodate, including printer. Need a break from work check out the Echelon exercise bike.
Home features all flat screen TV’s with fast WiFi, everything you need for work and play! Adult and kid friendly home.
Close to Utica Square for great shopping and dining experiences. Also nearby is the amazing Gathering Place, where you can spend the day meandering through the natural beauty, visit museums and enjoy all kinds of culinary delights! You can find time to soak in beauty and wonder inside and outside the home, and we hope after your stay you leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and with many joyful moments to look back on.

Hot tub is always warm for you. Waterfalls can be turned on at your request through the platform and they are always off by sunset...

The pool
Please swim at your own risk.
The deep end of the pool is approximately 5 feet deep.
For your safety no diving is allowed.
There is no lifeguard present.
A guardian must be always present at all times when kids are in/nearby the pool.
There is a pool fence and pool may be accessed through the gates only.

The pool is open to guests from Memorial Day to Labor Day. After these dates, we can heat the pool for $100 per night to 83-85 degrees Fahrenheit, please message if you would like this!

We do not heat the pool if the air temperature is below 55 degrees.

* Please be advised that the hot tub and the pool cannot be heated at the same time; only one can be heated at a time.

*We ask that you let us know at least 24-48 hours in advance for the pool to be heated since it takes hours to heat.
* The pool fountains are winterized between November 1st - May 1st.
*The waterfalls can be turned on by request prior to your check-in, from 10:00am-dusk.

House is beautiful, confortable. If I go back to Tulsa Im surely will want to stay there again. Just a litte comment. We do cook a lot, we like to prepare nice diner at home. There is not enough pots (like if you are making a big spaghetti sauce then you dont have another big pot to cook the pasta) and big bols to prepare salade etc.. Not a big thing but would be useful. Thank you it was amasing.

Bachelorette Dream Trip

The bridal party and myself took the bride on weekend vacation to this lovely home. This house has a modern feel and was super clean. All the beds were so comfortable and the pool in the back was the cherry on top! Ginger is the very best host as well! We loved our trip to Tulsa and will be back!

We throughly enjoyed our stay in this modern, spacious, and extremely clean home/retreat venue. The pool and outside space in back are great for adults and kids alike. Very modern kitchen. Tulsa Time

We were there for a short time, but were able to relax in first class comfort with everything we needed. The location is great and the accommodations were even better. Tulsa House on Utica

The home was amazing! A beautiful house with four bedrooms with four baths was the perfect property for our group. We loved the pool and the media room. The property was located close to restaurants and shopping. Ginger was helpful and responsive! Highly recommend this home for a wonderful get away….

Stunning open space interior with a Kitchen Gordon Ramsey would love. We especially enjoyed the covered outdoor patio with enough space for all 7 of us to use our laptops and dine together rain or shine. You could not pick a better location - close to so many shops and restaurants, yet in a quiet neighborhood. We loved that some could watch TV on the big screen in the entertainment room while the rest of us could have a quiet conversation in the living room overlooking the pool. We were amazed at the comfort of all the beds and the great sound insulation that made it easy to fall asleep at night. I think our biggest surprise was the city of Tulsa itself. So many cultural landmarks, museums and parks to visit and talk about top end ice cream, coffee, and food. It was a foodie paradise, even for the one vegan in our group. The only thing was wanted was more time to enjoy.

Very Organized

The property had everything labeled and organized efficiently. There were plenty of towels and blankets available. They had supplied incidentals and the kitchen was very well stocked. It was a very comfortable stay. It was very nice to enjoy the private pool.

This might be the perfect house!! Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. An inexpensive Uber ride or short drive to golf or downtown. Absolutely an amazing property!

This property is far more beautiful than what's captured in the pictures. The beds were comfortable; the kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of gadgets/small appliances etc. and all the bells and whistles imaginable. We spent most evenings on the patio watching Saturday and Sunday sporting events. The pool and jacuzzi added to the serene ambiance. I highly recommend this rental.

A group of responsible adults rented this property to attend the Black Wall Street Rally in Tulsa This location accommodated us quite well we had lots of Spence to dine together indoors and out and the pool was delicious after a long hot day! We travelled to Tulsa for a dance competition for our daughter and were so blessed to get to stay at this property! Incredible location and amenities! It was so well appointed with everything you need and we really hit the jackpot with the items they had on hand down to the olive oil, basalmic vinegar and sunblock because they were all even the same brands we use! We felt extra at home! We had also never been to Tulsa before and found to love the city! This house was a stones throw from The Gathering Place and it was incredible! And I could not brag enough on the helpfulness of the property manager! We would give it more than five stars, if we could!!

This is one of the best properties I've rented. The house was immaculate, well-stocked, and well-labeled. The house is in good condition - no leaky faucets or broken door handles like we've had at some rentals. Everyone is our group reported that their beds were very comfortable, which is hard to find in a rental home. The owners have added thoughtful touches throughout the house, including child safety features; complimentary coffee, tea, and other hot drink options; and high-end bedding and towels. We did not have to contact the owners for any issues at all, because we had everything we needed.The layout of the house worked really well for us; there are two bedrooms upstairs and two bedrooms downstairs. There is a full bath for each bedroom, plus another half bath downstairs. The main room was large enough for a big group to gather and socialize; there is a separate tv room that worked great for the kids in our group that wanted their own space separate from the adults. And, of course, the pool was a huge hit, especially in August. The location also worked well for us. The house is on a busy street, but you cannot hear the traffic from inside the house. The location near stores, restaurants, and The Gathering Place was really convenient for us.I definitely recommend this property and will stay here again!

Wow!!!

This house was absolutely perfect for my family of 9. There wasn’t one thing that any of us could think of that would have made our stay more enjoyable. It is stunningly beautiful, comfortable, and spotless. The property manager was attentive and responded quickly to any questions I had. Overall, a simply magnificent weekend!!

Lovely home

One of the best rentals we have booked. We travel a lot and this place was amazing. Our kids loved the pool and hot tub. The house is very open and clean. Our family had a great time here and the host was outstanding!
