This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo sleeps 6 and is located across the street from the public beach. You are just steps to the sugar-white sand and beautiful warm emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

Our place offers a spacious one bedroom with a queen sized bed, hall bunks, & a queen sleeper for up to 6 guests. Enjoy our stunning pool and Jacuzzi as well as walking distance to shops, restaurants, and nightlife.

Please note - there is no elevator in this building

Spring break getaway!

This place was a great getaway for the price! We were close to the beach and stores for souvenirs. The site said there was a blow dryer, not there.

Overall we had a great stay at this location. It was in close proximity to the beach. The pool was nice. It was a bonus that there is a laundry room available as well.

IDEAL location!!

Wonderful location for accessing the beach! Within walking distance to several fabulous restaurants and eateries! Our overall rating would have easily been 5 stars had the detail to cleaning been more thorough. With a deep clean, fresh paint and replacing worn/tattered furniture this condo would be fabulous!

Property was very clean and beachy (appliances are quite out of date but everything but blender worked just fine) Was VERY impressed by how well they utilized their space made it seem much bigger. Also my husband snores so usually end up in the bunks in hallway. Most comfortable bunks I've been in on vacay EVER!

First time Beach Vacation

This was our first time traveling to the beach as a family. Great experience. We loved how we could walk to the beach great view as well. Convience stores and restaurants where very close by, so if I needed something there they were in 5-10mins drive. Kitchen was well equipped so didn't have to take or buy many things (except for plates and utensils) other than that LOVED IT. Would recommend and come back in the future. Only downside is that laundry you have to pay and dryer weren't working properly.

Cleanliness is an issue

Cleanliness was an issue. Very outdated and not ideal for anyone who cannot tolerate 3 flights of stairs. Overall descent and it’s attractive feature was how close it was to the beach!

Great beach location

The good- the location couldnt have been better. Just across the street from mirmar beach had us on the beach in no time. Check in and out instructions were clear and the property manager was very resposive when i had questions. The bad - this condo needs some updating. The living room couches are tattered and the walls are pretty beat up. This unit needs a good deep clean in the corners of floors and baseboards and some fresh paint. Just those things would go a long ways.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We liked the stay because was right across the beach , and was quite clean inside , but there’s some things they have to pay attention.The condo is outdated, requires some improvements, walls needs new paint, if you ever want to cook there, there is no clean cookware dirty oven , tv super small not even connected to internet, no smart TV, but overall the stay was good it was clean besides the couple things around kitchen , and some mold on shower head ,and last night we stayed ac went down for about 5 hr . hope next time i will see some improvements there because i like the location, and I would like to be a returning customer next summer

Reached out to management day 1 after finding issues including safety hazards and no one ever responded. Holein tub, non closing doors, balcony supported by temporary post, lots of damage and disrepair

Summer Breeze is fantastic!

We’ve stayed in various units at Summer Breeze and have always been pleased with the price, cleanliness, layout, and especially with the ease of accessing the beach across 2-lane Scenic 98. Will look here first the next time we visit Destin!

Great affordable stay.

Property was older but we didn’t mind. It is located right across from pompano joes and the beach which was wonderful. The texts from the property management was prompt and helpful. If you’re looking for an affordable place and don’t mind the property being a bit older you’ll like this condo.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our Condo was a wonderful location to the beach! We were in the very back of the building and had to climb 27 steps every time we went to our room! The condo is very old and dated, and the blinds were broken and very dirty! Ceiling fans were so dirty. We would definitely stay in that building again as long as we had an updated unit. You have a beautiful location there why not spend the money and fix it up to date? Everything in the unit was so outdated. The wallpaper in the unit especially in the bathroom is coming off the walls and the shower feels like the floor is rotted underneath because it’s soft when you stand in the tub. I feel like charging people for a damage fee is unfair because everyone does not damage something so we shouldn’t get charged for it. That needs to be assessed after we leave the unit. And how can you charge someone for broken blinds when they were broken when we got there? The cleaning fees are very high when the place was dirty I don’t like paying for something that wasn’t done. Take advantage and fix up your unit so people enjoy staying there and want to come back all the time.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check in was easy and the rental was positioned perfectly for a beach holiday. I locked myself out and the customer service was great. They texted my husband the door code within hours. The condo was a little dated and the bathroom was tiny, luckily there was only 2 of us so we managed fine. The TVs didn’t work but we didn’t need them as we were out most of the time. The kitchen was suffice for our needs.
