About this property
Superb duplex near beach and amenities _ basement parking _ fitted kitchen
Relaxation in peace and at the same time 100 metres walk we are at the beach. It's chill, so we cross the small street and we arrived.
The marina is 3/4 minutes walk away and the city centre about 5 minutes away, in summer the evenings are lively it's nice there is a good atmosphere and it's family. In addition you won't be bothered by the noise because we are 5 minutes walk from the concert venue for example.
There are concerts outside, a great activity schedule in the summer, good ice cream parlours, restaurants, a merry-go-round for the little ones etc.. the beach is sublime what can I say, come and discover or rediscover Cavalaire sur mer
