Perfect location for base camp whether your headed out on horse back or ATV! Close to Sleeping Bear Dunes, Lake Michigan and Traverse City! If you decide to stay in, the home offers a large front porch with porch swing, cable TV, internet, board games, game room (ping pong, darts, poker table), yard games, sun deck and firepit. The property is directly off horse and ATV trails and 1.7 miles from the Shore to Shore horse trail. Horses are welcome to come with you! Please message for details on horse amenities. Please note that owners are staying on property next door and will need to come onto property to do farm chores, water plants and lawn maintenance.
