The Cozy Lookout - a perfect getaway

The Cozy lookout sits on 5 acres at the top of Thompson Ridge with a view for miles. We are just a short 5 minute drive to Rock House and 20 minutes from both Old Mans Cave and Ash Cave. Inside we have a cozy queen size bed and pullout full size sofa sleeper, full kitchen with cooktop, bathroom/shower and coffee. The middle floor is also equipped with a Hot Tub and movie room. Other amenities, 2 smart Tv's, high speed internet, Alexa controlled lights upstairs and many more. We have over 230 reviews on other rental websites for the same listing!

Cozy little place. We enjoyed our stay. Make sure you're completely comfortable with your staying partner as the bathroom only has an accordion curtain door that offer very little privacy.

Cute little place. Stayed for our anniversary weekend and wanted to hit some hiking trails . Lots of trails close by. Tv room outside the hot tub area is pretty neat and u can watch it while u sit in the hot tub so that was a bonus. Hot tub had some debris in it but nothing major. The jets weren’t very powerful BUT after hiking ALL weekend and wasn’t very conditioned leading up to this, just soaking in that hot water alone was great. The place was stocked with just about anything u would need for a weekend stay and was very peaceful and nice view from the decks. For the price and location we would absolutely stay again and most likely probably will. Also like 10 minutes up the road is a little town with a dollar general and an amazing lil pizza place that has the most delicious cookies. Very reasonably priced as well. That was also convenient being soo close.

House was good for what we we're looking for. It is definitely pretty small, and the layout isn't ideal - with needing to walk outside on the stairs to enter and leave the hot tub, but overall was a pleasant stay.

Weekend trip

Cozy little place for 2. Great at night, view off the back porch was great for stargazing. Movie room was hot so bring a fan if its gonna be warm out.
