(no floor to floor access) Fully furnished living, dining and kitchen area with microwave, dishwasher, washer-dryer, local telephone, central H-AC upstairs, 2 TV-VCR. Sunroom with TV and VCR. Dining seating for 8 plus 4 barstools. Outside shower, floating dock and private pool overlooking the waterway. Picnic tables, charcoal grill. This house is on a deep water channel perfect for fishing and enjoying the relaxing views.
Dog Friendly! Must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property.

The Space:
The upstairs has 4 bedrooms. Each bedroom upstairs has 1 queen bed. Upstairs has 2 bathrooms. Downstairs has 2 bedrooms. Each bedroom has 1 queen bed. Downstairs has 1 bathroom.

Maximum two (2) automobiles per property. Permits will be issued if required. No more than 2 permits will be issued. All vehicles in violation will be towed by the City the of North Myrtle Beach at the vehicle owners expense.

Guest Access:
Guests will need to pick up and return key(s) to and from rental office.

The Neighborhood:
Located on 60th Ave N in the Cherry Grove Beach section of NMB along the channel. Vehicles continue to be the primary form of transportation in North Myrtle Beach, but a guest could use Uber-Lyft or Taxi.

RENTALS ACCEPTED JUNE 1st- SEPTEMBER 1st ONLY. HOME DOES NOT RENT DURING THE WINTER SEASON.

The renter agrees to Hold Eagle Beach Rentals' employees and unit owners harmless for any accident, damage, or lost/stolen items that may occur during renter occupancy. The renter further agrees to comply with the resort's conditions, regulation and rules. Renters must be 25 years of age to book our properties.
This is a non-smoking property and all guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in the rooms will result in a cleaning fee of $250.00 USD
