This place is gorgeous we loved it!The bed was extremely comfortable and the hot tub was amazing as well. There are several amazing spots to relax, have a meal or drinks, or even just enjoy the views. Neighborhood is lovely and quiet and we can't wait to visit again soon hopefully

The Cottage in the Woods was a perfect place to spend Thanksgiving week. Comfortable accommodations for a small family. Everything we needed was provided, including a well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and the large dining table was perfect for meals and playing games at night. Also enjoyed the hot tub during the chilly nights! Looking forward to our next stay!

We loved everything about Lori’s cottage! It is absolutely adorable, with brand new decor (which is all perfect for the home and beautiful). The neighborhood is close to town but tucked up in the hill, so it was quiet. Loved walking the neighborhood in the morning and felt completely safe. The hot tub and great backyard were our favorite part. Beds were comfortable, plenty of linens and we loved having the coffee options provided in the morning. This is definitely the cleanest, most cared for rental we’ve stayed in and can’t wait to return again!

We loved everything about this wonderful place. First, the location in the Pines area was beautiful. Cool nights to sit outside and enjoy the evening in this quiet neighborhood. The house was immaculate and the host thought of everything. There was not one thing we needed that we couldn’t find. The hot tub was perfect, and the back yard was a little oasis. The host let me fill her bird feeders and we watched the birds. We grilled on the brand new grill and ate dinner Al fresco. The place was within fifteen minutes of anywhere we wanted to explore there in Prescott. The host was prompt with responses and very accommodating. We highly recommend this place.

This cottage was the perfect setting for our girls’ getaway—cozy, beautifully decorated, and full of thoughtful touches that made it feel like a boutique retreat tucked into the woods. From the relaxing scent throughout the home to the abundance of throw pillows and blankets, every detail was clearly designed with guest comfort in mind. The front sunroom was our favorite spot for morning coffee and conversations, and the skylight in the back room brought in the most peaceful natural light and allowed for total relaxation as we watched the birds and squirrels rummage for food. What a delight! The kitchen was extremely well-stocked (even though we didn’t end up cooking), and the check-in/check-out process was by far the easiest we’ve ever experienced. The location was ideal—quiet and private, yet just a short drive to Downtown Prescott where we thoroughly enjoyed visiting Cowgirl Country Antiques and a fantastic dinner at Farm Provisions. The host’s hospitality truly stood out; even without being physically present, everything we could have needed was already there. We felt completely cared for from start to finish and would absolutely return.

The fellas and I were absolutely stoked when we showed up. We only needed it to stay the night, but wished we had longer once we got there. Great areas to hang out, many places that made me wanna drink a cup of coffee and read my Bible, nice grill, coffee provided, pristine hot tub that worked great. Nice little area outside with a table and some trees I wanted to set up a hammock in. Super close to Prescott but still very quiet and remoteish feeling. Also, miraculous thing in my opinion, the first air mattress I've seen that didn't result in a hip on the ground in the morning. Seriously a nice a air mattress, two queen beds, and one kind of stiff futon made up the sleeping arrangements. The most amazing part was how accommodating and accessible Lori the host was. She was quick to answer questions and generous to grant requests. Looking to stay here again just to hang out maybe if we can acquire the same great deal.
