All beds have 12 inches memory foam mattresses (except bunk beds are 8 inches), down alternative pillows and hypoallergenic hotel luxury 1800 series sheets for a restful night of sleep.

Pool Heat can be purchased for $20/night or $400/month during cold months (Oct-May)
Pump will run from 9AM-7PM daily with temperature set at 85 degree F, please do not attempt to change the temperature.
Pool heat temperature is not guaranteed if outside weather falls below 50 degree F

Furry friends
- Prior approval is required. We allow up to 3 dogs for an additional fee of $200/stay for the first pet, and $100/stay for each additional pet after that.
- Must be fully house trained
- Must be completely cleaned up after
- Leashed at all times when not in fenced area
- Crated indoors when not home w/ pet
- If barking becomes an issue during your stay, alternative arrangements must be made
- Not allowed on the furniture, bedding, POOL

IMPORTANT NOTE: For the security of our guests, every guest who enters the home during your stay MUST be listed on the reservation or disclosed to the host. Please, make sure to register the correct number of guests. Undisclosed guests who are not included in the official confirmation can place your stay at risk for early termination without a refund, and can incur an additional charge of $25/guest.
