This house is located 2 miles from the boat ramp, 5 miles from Lake Placid center/Publix, and 12 miles from Sebring Raceway/Airport.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please ensure all lights and appliances are turned off, the AC is turned up to 78, and all doors are closed/locked.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
1) Parties and large gatherings are prohibited anywhere on the property. A noise monitor is installed to monitor house noise levels.
2) No smoking anywhere inside the house, and no illegal drug possession anywhere on the property. Guests caught smoking will be fined $250 per day.
(1) pet is allowed with the payment of a $250 pet fee. Guests who are found violating this rule will be charged $250 per day per pet retroactively.
