This park-like setting on 3 acres is right off I465 and very near I70 and is located near historic Irvington. Short drive to downtown Indianapolis, Fountain Square, Mass Ave, etc. Newly redone inside and out with all the amenities you could need or want for a comfortable stay. Work from home with free Wi-Fi in the private office upstairs, enjoy the covered front and back porches, or just enjoy the sprawling, fenced 3 acre property. Good for families, groups or a quiet getaway.

This property is private and secluded in a beautiful park-like setting with mature trees and a fenced-in 3 acre yard. It has been completely remodeled inside and out with all new flooring, countertops, tile, carpeting, bathrooms, everything! There are two living rooms each equipped with smart TV’s - one upstairs and one on the main floor in the open-plan living space. Enjoy the covered front and back porches with outdoor seating, dining and even a fire pit out back!
