Awesome apartment in Wismar with sauna
Your spacious vacation apartment is located in the heart of the UNESCO World Heritage Site Old Town of Wismar.
Access is through a common hallway, from which the stairs lead to the second floor. You will enter the large living room of a historic building with cozy furnishings and integrated eat-in kitchen. From the living room you enter the shower room with attached sauna. Here you can relax after a busy day. Also the spacious terrace, with a view into numerous, green courtyard gardens, invites you to relax.
All sheep rooms, as well as the second bathroom with bathtub, are located on the second floor (roof slopes). You can reach the old town center or the harbor in 5 minutes on foot.
In Wismar there is a bed tax of 5% on the overnight price, which is payable locally.
The world heritage city of Wismar offers all the tourist facilities you can expect. Carefully combine historic old town with pedestrian zone and modern shopping centers. There are numerous historical objects and museums including guided tours. A modern leisure pool and numerous public sports facilities, countless restaurants, cafes and ice cream parlors as well as a Cinemaxx cinema are available in the area.
At Wismar's fine sandy beach in the seaside resort Wendorf you can go swimming, from the harbor you start to round trips and fishing tours. In a few minutes by car you are on the highway towards Schwerin, Rostock, Lübeck or towards the island of Poel. Numerous public events like the harbor festival, the Swedish festival or the herring days invite you to Wismar.

Schöner Urlaub
Die Lage ist für eine Städtereise perfekt. Das Objekt ist super schön und für eine kleine Gruppe, wie wir es waren gut geeignet. Wir kommen gerne wieder und werden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Prima Ferienwohnung - Unzuverlässiger und unflexibler Vermieter
Mehrfach hatte ich beim Vermieter, Herrn Plath, wegen der Schlüsselübergabe angerufen ohne dass ein Rückruf erfolgte. Auch eine E-Mail vier Tage vor Ankunft wurde nicht beantwortet. Am Anreisetag rief er dann vormittags während der Arbeitszeit an.
Wir waren nur 3 Leute, sollten aber die volle Reinigungspauschale bezahlen, obwohl wir weder kochen wollten noch duschen würden, da wir in die schöne Therme in Wismar gehen würden. Schließlich lag da noch ein Zettel für die Kosten mit einer undefinierbaren Summe angeblicher Wismar-Steuer und Kosten einer Nutzung für W-LAN für zwei Tage. In dieser Wohnung gab es auch keine Bettwäsche und keine Handtücher, gut, das wussten wir vorher, trug aber zum negativen Gesamteindruck bei.
Resumee: In Wismar gibt es viele andere, besser geführte Wohnungen als diese!
