The apartment is located in an "old Bremen house" in one of the most beautiful streets in Bremen with houses of the "Belle Epoque". 2.4 km from the train station / exhibition center, 2.6 km to the historic old town, 1.3 km to the Bürgerpark or the "Viertel". From September 2017 to spring 2018, we rebuilt on a large scale. We built a terrace, inserted floor-to-ceiling windows / doors, exposed the red stone in the living room, spatulated the walls in the living room and in the kitchen, and laid a new plank floor made of oiled oak in the living room and in the dressing room. Now we are finally done and hope that you like the result.
The apartment with separate entrance is located on the lower floor of an "Altbremer house", which was built in 1914. The rented apartment includes the living room / bedroom, the adjoining dressing room with the wardrobe, the kitchen, the part of the hallway from the kitchen including the white mobile container and the bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle etc. Cooking pots, pans, dishes and all necessary kitchen appliances are available so that the kitchen can be used sensibly. The apartment has a washing machine and drying facilities - ideal for long-term stays.

The apartment has a stable WiFi and alternatively Ethernet sockets for a direct connection to the router. The apartment has a large television and a media receiver. This means that all MAGENTA TV offers from Telekom can be received. NETFLIX is also available.
The apartment's kitchen was originally used as a laundry room. This time still reminds of the wash kettle and the lack of laundry in the hallway.
For those interested in history: Our house once belonged to Wilhelm Schindelhauer, the director of the legendary Borgward car works. The apartment is located on the garden side of the lower floor. In front of it there are two privately used rooms, but they are not occupied. The terrace in front of the living room belongs to the apartment.
