The 3-storey holiday home is very quietly located in the middle of a pure holiday home area, approx. 2.5 km north of the old town of Rovinj in Istria. The wonderfully clean sea, some restaurants and a supermarket can be reached on foot very quickly. The area invites you to go on long bike tours or hikes, such as to the Lim Fjord and its karst caves, which eats a little to the north over a length of about 10 km to the mainland. Even walks in the old town of Rovinj are very popular, especially in the evening. The nearest beaches are well-kept, offer plenty of shade and have good food.
The house offers 6 apartments for 2 to 5 people on 4 floors. A larger apartment with 2 separate bedrooms, two apartments with a separate bedroom and 3 studios. The apartments are all modern and equipped with LCD TVs and digital satellite TV (with many German programs) and Wi-Fi internet. Apartment 6 in the DG is the only one with a sea view, the others offer a beautiful view of the garden and the greenery.
The house borders in the south directly on a green area with tall trees on which, which the children will be happy to see, there is also a small playground with slide and swing, climbing castle and table tennis table. There are 6 private parking spaces on the north side, which are available to guests of the house free of charge.
The very friendly landlords also live in the house and are available to you with advice and action if required. You lived in Switzerland for a long time and therefore speak good German. There are a few bicycles available for a small fee. Out of consideration for other guests, neither large nor small pets are allowed.
Arrivals and departures should fall on either Saturday or Sunday in July and August. The rest of the time there are no restrictions. Due to the central heating, nothing stands in the way of a holiday in this beautiful holiday home even in the fresher months of the year.
A vacation in this house will bring you the hoped-for relaxation and you will definitely come back.

Kurztrip
unser Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft war optimal. Parkplatz am Haus.Rovinj mit dem Fahrad gut zu erreichen. Nur der Fußweg zum Strand war doch sehr Naturalistisch. Da würde ich den etwas weiteren Weg über die Strasse mit dem Fahrad empfehlen. Wir werden sicherlich diesen Urlausort wieder besuchen.

Wir waren sehr begeistert von dem Apartment,der Umgebung ,den Vermietern und das Meer.
Kurz gesagt wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder .

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und hat eine gute Lage in Strandnähe und nicht weit vom Stadtzentrum von Rovinj.

Gemütliche und schön eingerichtete Wohnung
Wir weilten für 5 Tage in diesem sehr schön eingerichteten und gemütlichen Apartment nahe der wunderschönen Stadt Rovinj (mit dem Auto ca. 4min). Das Apartment ist umfassend ausgestattet; wir haben die meisten Abende selbst gekocht was sehr gut geklappt hat. Schlussendlich ist der überaus zuvorkommende (und sehr gut deutschsprechende)
Gastgeber Herr Covic für Fragen und Bedürfnisse aller Art da. Alles in allem ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, den wir gerne weiterempfehlen.

TOP LAGE, MEERBLICK, SUPER SAUBER und SEHR FREUNDLICH.
Sehr nette Familie und vor allem um alles sehr bemüht.
Wenige schritte zum Top Strand, super Fahrräder zum ausleihen, Haus liegt in einer Sackgasse, kein Verkehr und sehr ruhig.
Ein Urlaub zum entspannen, sehr zu empfehlen.
