A rare opportunity as this is one of the only rentals available in this highly desirable ocean front condo. Hardwood floors and freshly painted, this unit has many positives including a bathroom that is between the living room and bedroom making it convenient for your guests. Storage cages right outside your door. There is no unit on either side of your unit leaving you with a quiet space. Storage room window is on your patio as opposed to most of the other units that have their neighbor’s bathroom window on your patio. New air/heat unit. Close to the stairs, elevator, free laundry room, and guest bathroom.
