Newly renovated, fully furnished 1 bed 1 bath condo with high end finishes. 2 queen beds (bedroom and Murphy bed) and 1 queen sleeper sofa. sleeps 4. In unit washer/dryer! Ocean and bay views from bedroom. Private gated beachfront condo complex with Olympic size heated pool and kiddie pool for children still in diapers. (pool is seasonal- open First day of summer to shortly after Labor Day- no lifeguard) Pool hours may vary but typically 10 am- 7 pm. Steps to private beach access with dedicated lifeguards. Short drive/ walk to farmers market, restaurants and shops. Fishing pier and playground across the street (bayside).
NO pets, NO smoking please.
Note: the unit is located on the 3rd floor and is only accessible via stairs. There is no elevator.
1 permitted parking pass is provided. (Gated community).
Shared barbeque grill open daily. Newly renovated community room (evening hours posted on the door) with games, ping pong table, foosball, tv’s and shuffleboard. Children must be supervised in game room by adult.

**Linens are not provided. For safety precautions please bring your own queen bed linens, bath towels, and beach towels** 6 pillows with protectors and bed covers are available but must be washed after usage** thank you

Phenomenal week!

We stayed for a week and I can’t say enough great things. The condo was beautiful and clean. The location was perfect and you can’t beat the private beach and pool access. Definitely recommend.

Wonderful vacation!

This property was great. It has everything you need. The beach was an incredibly short walk. We could easily take the kids from the beach back to the pool and vice versa without it being a hassle. The pool was huge and not overcrowded. They also maintain the building very well. Short drive to boardwalks, restaurants, etc. Would love to go back!

So many amenities

So many amenities- steps away from a private beach with friendly lifeguards that is groomed daily, balconies overlooking the shore, the bay just across the street with beautiful sunset views, a huge pool, a clubhouse with fooseball, ping pong and more…they do an amazing job keeping everything in tip top shape. Wonderful.

Our happy place!

Stayed here with my husband and our 2 kids (2 1/2 and 3 month old) we had the best time here. The place is exactly as listed and super clean. Ryan was very quick to respond to any questions I had and even did us a favor of leaving an extra parking pass because he knew my sister would be joining us one day. Can’t say enough about the place the people are all super friendly and the pool/ beach access is great. Very clean place with great amenities. We love this area and 10000% would love to come back here again!

We've stayed at this rental a number of times now and it's always great. The unit is clean, modern and well-equipped. Ryan is both accessible and responsive, although there's little need to contact him since everything is so well coordinated.

Nice place pool is great option if north wind is blowing

Nice place just cleaning crew can do little better. Towel rack loose toilet paper holder loose sand in pull out bed and had to wash mattress cover on Murphy bed (stain) and loose brace on Murphy bed had to tighten by hand

The Ocean Club is a great facility, with both a private beach and a beautiful, well-maintained heated pool. This unit is very clean, modern and well-equipped with all possible amenities. Ryan is a great and responsive host who employs a very simple and straight forward checkin/checkout procedure.

Great Place!

I loved the apartment. Clean, great AC, awesome kitchen, comfy Murphy bed. The pool was amazing and the use of the private beach was great. The only problem was it being a 4 story walk-up (4 1/2 if you come from the parking lot. Information I could have used earlier in the process as my parents are in their 90s. Carrying luggage up was NOT fun! Shouldn't an elevator be required for handicapped?! Great location!
