This accommodation offers you a familiar living atmosphere. The row house is located in a quiet cul de sac location. Enjoy beautiful holidays in a rural setting and relax in the well-kept garden with south-facing terrace. There is also a barbecue. You have a designated parking space in front of the house. Not far away is the interesting center of Carolinensiel with its small cafes, restaurants and shops. Likewise the historical museum harbor, as well as the Sielhafenmuseum are characteristic for Carolinensiel. A nice walk along the Harle to the North Sea beach or an extended bike ride in and around Carolinensiel are worthwhile. In nearby Harlesiel you have the opportunity to take the ferry to the idyllic island Wangerooge, or take part in a guided mudflat hike.

No. 23 - Holiday home Mittelweg:
The cosily furnished terraced house can accommodate up to 6 people and a baby / toddler. On the ground floor of the house there is an attractive living and dining area with an open kitchen, and an additional shower / WC. The upper floor has a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a 2. Shower room with toilet. A staircase leads to the converted open roof studio, which is also equipped with two single beds. On the ground and first floors are tiles or Laminated laid. Shutters are installed on all windows.  When booking optional additional services, sufficient availability is reserved.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.

Carolinensiel ist toll!

Der Aufenthalt in Carol hat uns gut gefallen. Leider hatte das Haus einige Mängel. Die Vermietungsagentur hat sich sehr bemüht, diese Mängel abzustellen, dafür unser herzlichsten Dank. Leider sträubt sich der Eigentümer das Haus mit WLAN auszustatten - eigentlich sollte das in diesen Zeiten zum Standard gehören, eine Nachfrage an den Eigentümer dahingehend wurde leider nicht beantwortet. Das die Heizung nach dem Winterschlaf einen Fehler anzeigte, stellte sich gleich zu Beginn unseres Kurztripps heraus, hier hat die Promega schnell Abhilfe geschaffen und kurze Zeit später wurde es dann auch warm. Leider funktionierte u.a. der SatAnschluss nicht und hier stellte sich wiederum der Eigentümer quer für Abhilfe zur Sorgen, jetzt kann man auch mal ein paar Tage ohne Internet und TV auskommen, aber leider musste ich diesen Mangel bereits im letzten Jahr anmerken. Getan hat sich in der Zwischenzeit leider nichts! Der Eigentümer ließ lediglich ausrichten, dass alles in Ordnung sei, man hätte es vor wenigen Wochen noch selbst getestet. Unser Fazit: Carolinensiel ist ein toller Ort, über PROMEGA würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen, allerdings dieser Haus nicht mehr!

Sauber und gut ausgestattet

Das Haus lag zwar etwas außerhalb, ist aber nach 10-15 Minuten aus dem Hafengebiet heraus gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es ist außerordentlich gut ausgestattet und sauber. Man hat den Eindruck als hätten die Besitzer vor kurzem noch hier gewohnt. Was fehlt ist WLAN, das merkt man in der heutigen Zeit schon. Und das obere Bad roch sehr unangenehm, konnte nur durch ständiges Lüften und einem Dufterfrischer angegangen werden, weg war es aber leider niemals. Insgesamt aber stehenzubleiben empfehlen!
