Beautiful Scenery and Darling Tiny Home
To his was our first VRBO stay and I was nervous about how everything would work but it was wonderful! The home was well off the highway so it felt secluded. There is one other tiny home beside it so we weren’t totally alone, but that was the only home you could see from the property. The home was very clean and well stocked and we had everything we needed. And the views were stunning!! I slept in the loft and loved seeing the sunrise over the lake/river in the mornings. I was surprised by the nice restaurants and things to see in Chattanooga, which is the closest city, and we took several other day trips to the Smoky Mountains, Jack Daniels Distillery, and state parks while there. This property was a great home base for our trip!

Absolutely Wonderful!
This is an super adorable, clean, well stocked and serene get away place. The bed was comfortable and furnishings very cozy. The location provides amazing sunrises and if you hit it on a full moon you will be in awe. I didn't want to leave and expect to go back again someday.

About the host

Hosted by Natalie King

Host profile image
I am a Nashville, TN native. I met Natalie and Mark King in 5th grade (mid 90’s). I knew shortly after that I would marry Mark one day and so we did in 2007. Mark and I have spent most of our marriage on Hiking/ATV trails along TN riverbanks during our weekends. We are raising our sons to appreciate nature, its true beauty, and its impact on the world. Our farm is truly one of a kind, and in my opinion, the prettiest piece of land in East Tennessee.

Why they chose this property

The Farm at Kings Landing is a family owned and operated first generation farm. We pooled together all of our retirement savings to find the perfect place to call home! We purchased this farm out of the love of nature with a goal of owning generational land and creating a space to share with the world! This property had all we were looking for - lots of land, ponds, water views, multiple terrains, and areas for a true working farm.

What makes this property unique

Your stay with us is not just accommodations, it's a nature escape and experience! You have the opportunity to stay on a 300 acre working farm with so much to do and see during your time at 3 Kings Landing.
