From the large, shaded front porch to the back, screened in porch there are so many opportunities to relax and enjoy peaceful living both in and outdoors. This home features a King sized bed in the Master, two twin beds in the second room (which can be pushed together to make another King sized bed) and Queen sized sleeper sofa, sectional sofa + blow up mattress for additional sleepers.
With an easy and beautiful 20 min drive to downtown Chattanooga and an even shorter 10 min walk to the awesome Pine Harbor Marina and lake side food at Steve's Landing you'll find plenty of entertainment nearby. The large, fully stocked eat-in kitchen will be ready should you decide to enjoy an evening cooking in. Be sure to bring your fishing pole and a good book!

New Owners! Kevin and Rebekah Ramquist live in Nashville, TN. Rebekah grew up in Chattanooga and has family who live on the Lake nearby. As a real estate agent it's always been a dream of Rebekah's to own a second home so she and Kevin are thrilled to be able to purchase something closer to family and assume the role of owners and managers of this wonderful little home in Soddy Daisy. Kevin also has family in East TN and together, he and Rebekah are parents to 3 rescued Weimaraners, 2 adult children and grandparents to one handsome little 2 year old. Kevin is a chef and owns a private catering business, he LOVES to fish in his time off!
