About this property

Located in historic downtown Cocoa Beach just 3 short blocks from the beach and restaurants, this spacious 2,000+ sq ft home is designed and equipped for a great getaway experience. You will enjoy amenities galore with a brand new heated salt pool surrounded by tropical landscaping and our air conditioned game room complete with air hockey, ping pong, 65" smart TV, and other fun games. Everything you need to enjoy the beach is provided including towels, chairs, umbrella, sand toys, cooler, body boards, and a beach wagon. Come and enjoy the ultimate vacation experience at Cocoa Beach Bliss!

Cameras are located at the front door exterior and overlooking the driveway for security. The property may be equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home. This sensor is 100% privacy compliant since it only measures noise level and doesn't record any sounds. A rental agreement and security deposit hold are required.

Celebrating Steve

My family and I was so happy with our stay. The pool was fabulous, everyone enjoyed the game room. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. We can't wait to go back. The property manager even let us know a shuttle was going up! Great memories were made.

Great house and location

We really enjoyed the house and pool. The street is quiet and pretty for evening and morning walks. You can walk into town if you don’t mind longer walks. The beach is very close. The only negative was there are no sidewalks or crossings on the way to the beach. This is not the owner’s fault, of course! Cocoa is a sweet area, pretty low-key, even at peak spring break when we were there. It’s a great way to have the beach and be able to drive in to the theme parks for a day.

Bliss indeed

Absolutely loved our stay here. The beach is a short 10 minutes away. Quick drive to a variety of restaurants and shops. The pool is warm welcoming and heated🌞 The attention to detail from the owners is spot on, the labels, the information book, the games, pool and beach chairs etc.. game room! Comfy beds, very clean house with good quality appliances etc. Definitely will return. Highly recommended.

A Week Stay in Quiet Neighborhood

My family (5 adults and 3 kids ages 6 months to 10 years) stayed here for a week, and we loved it. We do a beach vacation every year for our family Christmas tradition, and this was one of our favorite places we’ve stayed over the last few years. The neighborhood was quiet and free from the normal, sometime noisy tourists. The house had everything we could need, including games, beach towels and beach toys (and even coffee!) It was walking distance to the beach and some good restaurants. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Cocoa Beach, and we would even return in the future!

My husband and I grew up in the Seattle, WA area and through our careers moved to Florida 15 years ago. We absolutely love it here in the Cocoa/Cape Canaveral/Cocoa Beach area. Our 2 young adult children and my parents live in the area as well. We enjoy traveling and spending time with our family. We also have a passion to renovate and decorate homes and have done several properties. It just seemed a natural fit to combine our love of travel with renovating to provide homes that we could share with others as a vacation rental.

I live just 25 minutes away and am available for any questions, concerns, or needs throughout your stay. As your host, my goal is to make sure you have a wonderful vacation experience at our beach home.

Why they chose this property

This house is in such a great location to enjoy the beach and wonderful downtown area with all the shops and restaurants just 3 short blocks away. We love the open layout of the house with vaulted ceilings in the main living area, large updated kitchen and split bedrooms (primary Boardwalk Room on one end of the house and Windjammer and Surf Rooms on the other). The garage was fully insulated and air conditioned, so we converted it into a fun game room with ping pong, air hockey, 65" smart TV, and other fun games as well as tables and chairs. Cocoa Beach is such a fun place that is rich with surf and beach history and fun traditions and activities (like surfing Santas, boat races, air shows). We're sure you'll love it too!

What makes this property unique

We now have a beautiful new heated salt water pool to enjoy along with our air conditioned game room. Our location is great - only 3 short blocks to the beach and downtown shops and restaurants. Just bring your clothes and personal items because we have everything else you need to enjoy your vacation!
