Clean well kept & with everything you could need

This is a great property pool, hot tub, game room, TV’s in every room, kitchen is big and roomy with most anything you might need. Beds are firm but comfortable and the linen were plush and very comfortable as well. I would highly recommend this house for a comfortable stay in the Coco Beach area.

Huge home.

Great stay for my husband and I. If you are looking for a large home, this is it. Very clean and accurately described. We enjoyed the hot tub. Wish the pool was heated during the cooler months. Owner was very quick to respond to questions and helped out when us oldies could not stream from the TV. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your incredible home.

Pre-cruise stay

This was the perfect spot for our group before leaving on a cruise. All the amenities we needed, and walking distance to a bar/restaurant with live music. Would definitely recommend for families or groups of friends.

We traveled with several other families to Casa Espacio. The house was clean and inviting with enough space for all of us to hang out together. The host was super responsive and had all of our needs taken care of. We would stay here again!

Spacious Home

Plenty of room for the 8 of us. Kids really enjoyed the Ping Pong and video games. We all loved the pool. House very well laid out and comfortable. Had a great stay.

Family Reunion Vacation

The property was beautiful, the host went above and beyond to make our stay perfect, and everything about the house was well thought out. The little details made this house a home! We had 5 kids ages 7 months to 16 years and they all LOVED it. Would definitely stay at this property again!

Beautiful & fun home for a big group & launch views!

Our stay here was wonderful for 3 families with 3 kids. The host is easy to get a hold of and quick to respond to questions. The location is perfect and close to Cocoa beach area & the Kennedy space station and about 50 minutes from Orlando and the airport. We booked this to relax after a couple of crazy days at the parks in Orlando. The first night we got to see a rocket launch from the front porch which was one of the highlights of the stay! The pool is a nice touch and everyone enjoyed lots of swimming to cool down from the heat. The house is so nice and spacious and the beds and pillows are so comfortable. We loved that there are at least 3 king bedrooms & 4 bathrooms for everyone traveling. The kids enjoyed the double bunk bed room. The pictures don’t do it justice. The arcade game room in the garage was fun for everyone, especially the kids. We would definitely stay here again.

Property was very clean. Appliances worked well. Beds were super comfortable. Tons of kitchen space which was great for our large group. One bath and hand towel was provided per person, and there are beach towels stored in the downstairs bathroom. Would have enjoyed having a few more towels. Would also have liked a couple more lounge chairs - there are only two lounge chairs which is not a lot for a large group. It could have been on the property fine print but you can't go in the pool after 10 PM due to a county ordinance. This didn't bother us because it was early in the season and the water was not that warm yet for night swimming. Location close to cocoa beach about a 15 minute drive. Thank you for sharing your home for our vacation.

Pre Disney Cruise Stay

Our stay at Williams property was Fantastic. 7 adults and five kids. Property was exactly as described. Neighborhood was safe and close to stores and about a 10 minute drive to our cruise port. Any minor things that popped up were handled in a timely fashion by reaching out to William himself. Kids had a blast in the garage/arcade/minibasketball/ping pong/dart board area. Highly recommended. Thank you!!

WONDERFUL All Around

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The host was very responsive, the house and property were very clean, the bedroom layouts fit our family well. As long as you have a vehicle everything you would need is close enough to access from the beach to restaurants and the grocery store. I would recommend this property if traveling with a large family or kids.

Clean and cheery home

This is a perfect home to accommodate a large family gathering or vacation. The home is clean and allows everyone space to have fun. We wish the game room was under air, because this was a great addition to our stay. The location is ideal for touring, visiting the beach, and more, but the home is right on the road, so traffic can be heard in the mornings. That said, we would absolutely stay here again. It is a clean and cheery home for familys.
