Why they chose this property
I love Wainscott as it is pastoral and peaceful surrounded by many farms. At the same time it is centrally ocated in the Hamptons and very convenient and easy to get to Sag Harbor, Bridgehampton and East Hampton.
The renowned Seafood Shop is uip the road and one of the most popular farm stands is on the corner.

What makes this property unique
This home has a long history as it was originally a barn from Addison Vermont built in 1820. It was taken apart and reassembled in Wainscott. Additions were made and I completely renovated it a few years ago leaving the original structure intact.
