The home has four bedrooms, three full bathrooms with an open living room and sitting room (with flat screen tv on the wall), the master suite and dining room over look an oversized pool and bluestone patio, finished carpeted attic accommodates additional guests, wood floors throughout the home. This is your perfect vacation home for a group of friends or family members seeking to get away from everything!! Located in the heart of Southampton while also being biking distance to the beach, this one-half acre property is a Hamptons dream.
A detached garage contains plenty of bicycles, floats, an extra refrigerator and a PING PONG table for use!
The new DOWNSTAIRS Master Suite includes a king size bed, full bathroom, a flat screen cable smart television on the wall, walk in closet, sit down vanity with stool, and french doors leading to the office (includes desk/Fax/Scanner and Printer). The downstairs suite overlooks the Patio/Pool with sliding glass doors onto the beautiful back yard. New wood shutters professionally installed on windows.
An additional downstairs bathroom with full shower has with easy access to the pool and patio.
There are three bedrooms on the second level include a second master suite bedroom with a king bed and two additional bedrooms each with queen beds.The third bathroom with a tub/shower is on second level (Jack and Jill access to the upstairs bedroom). The house also has as a bonus a fully furnished, carpeted and finished attic space on third level with a futon bed and twin bed.
In addition to the main smart tv/cable in the den and master bedroom on the first floor, there is a flat screen tv/roku stick in the master bedroom upstairs and the attic. A dvr player is available in the den with an extra dvr player to use with the other televisions in the home.
The beds fit 8 adults comfortably.
All new appliances with new Chef's Kitchen containing 2 Sub-Zero refrigerators and 6 burner Wolf Stove, pull out microwave, granite countertop. The kitchen offers plenty of room for cooking and includes an extra-large walk in pantry with shelves. The extra large dining room table can accommodate 10 plus people. There is an Electric tea kettle, a coffee maker and a keurig k cup machine for your enjoyment.
Brand new oversized private 20x40 heated saltwater gunite pool, newly landscaped yard by a professional company, with room for games and lawn activities, bluestone decks for dining and lounging poolside on ample outdoor furniture. New Weber BBQ on the patio. Plenty of lawn games/pool toys. The garage houses a regulation size ping pong table, 6 bikes, floats and games and offers a place for kids to hang.
We also have boogie boards and six beach chairs for the beach
The pool area/backyard is south facing for excellent sun all day!
Situated on one-half acre of professionally landscaped yard, enclosed with extra high privets and extra large driveway affording complete privacy from all. There is an outdoor enclosed shower with hot water for convenience.
The home is just down the street, a short walk from shops and dining (one half mile from town). The street is a wide tree lined residential street. Driveway extra large can accommodate approximately 10 cars.
Beach access is approx two miles. Coopers is 2 1/4 miles
Nest system installed for heat and for fire/carbon monoxide. Air conditioning throughout house.
Normal usage of the following utilities is included in the total reservation amount:
Pool Heating (if applicable), Heating Propane/Natural Gas, Electricity, Cable/TV/Internet/Phone, and Garbage Removal.
Cleanings during a guest's stay are not included in the cost of utilities. All reservations longer than two weeks MUST be professionally cleaned once per week, the cost of which is borne by the guest. The cost of in-stay cleanings are separate and above the fees collected at the time of booking.
Events are prohibited unless express approval is provided.
Pool Disclaimer: Due to the climate of the northeastern U.S., the outdoor pool will be available for use late April through October. If your booking falls outside of that time frame and you intend to use the pool, please be sure to inquire if they will be available for use prior to booking. Please note that the additional charges may be incurred for excessive use of propane during cooler weather outside of summer months.

We bought this property to enjoy with our family, which now includes 4 children, 2 daughter-in-laws and five grandchildren. It is a perfect setting to enjoy time with family and friends. Because we use this property often, it has all of the amenities that you enjoy and expect in a luxurious home.
Why they chose this property
We fell in love with this charming house and have completely renovated it and added an extension to the original house which was built in 1908, first in 2015. We enjoyed the home so much that we have just completed the addition of a bedroom/master suite addition downstairs. The .40 acres allows for much family activity and fun.
What makes this property unique
Southampton is definately the "Gateway" to the South Fork of Long Island, located just under two hours away from New York City. Southampton Village is easily accessible by train via the Long Island Railroad, by bus or car.
The Village of Southampton is lovely and picturesque. It is also known for its upscale shops, boutique fitness studios, many new art galleries, and myriad of restaurants. Walk along the Village’s Main Street and Jobs and shop in high end stores such as Akris, Bandier, Intermix, Aerin, and many others.
Also on the list should be a trip to Cooper’s Beach and to Agawam Park for their weekly farmer’s market on Sunday afternoons. Cooper’s hosts drive-in movies and other events over the summer months. The drive to the beach will also allow you to view the dozens of sprawling mansions and estates that line the country streets.
