The Dunes: NEW GAME ROOM, Heated Pool + Spa, BBQ

Welcome to The Dunes, where family entertainment takes the spotlight from the moment you arrive. Enjoy the HUGE backyard, heated pool, spa, fire pit and BBQ, along with our huge GAME ROOM, perfect for both adults and families alike.

The GAME ROOM is equipped with ping-pong, pop-a-shot, foosball, a dartboard, and entertainment center, perfect for the kids!

Inside, the open-plan layout invites you to settle into one of our three comfortable bedrooms, cook a meal for the family, or just relax.

An extremely spacious and comfortable home close to everything in the desert. 20 min to Palm Springs, 15 min to PGA West Golf Resort, and 10 minutes to Coachella and Stagecoach Festival grounds.

The Dunes is a perfect place for a get away from the city or a family trip. The living room is large with a very comfortable couch and 80 inch TV. Each bedroom has a plush carpet, and large beds. The backyard has a brand new heated pool and spa, it also has lights at night. There is a fire pit to keep you warm, an outdoor grill for a BBQ, and tons of games for the family.

Have access to the entire home, however the garage is not to be used for parking cars in.

A quiet, clean family neighborhood located just 10 minutes from the Coachella and Stage Coach Music Festivals, 25 minutes from Palms Springs, and 15 min to any amazing golf course in the area.

This area requires a vehicle of some sorts so my suggestion is to drive yourself, carpool, or utilize uber / lyft to get around. If you or a friend owns a small plane, there is a private airport 5 minutes from the home.

Please follow all rules and regulations when it comes to checking in, the pool, and general house rules.

*Any cancellations during festival season will abide by the cancellation rules. There will be no exceptions.

There are security cameras in the front, backyard, and side of house, but not inside the house.

Up to 2 pets allowed per stay. Pet fees will be collected after booking and are $175 per pet per stay.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS, if you break this rule it’s a $5,000 fine.

Heating the pool + spa fee depends on the season:

- December - March: $85/day
- April - June: $65/day
- July - September: $0/day
- October - November: $65/day

Pool heat is pre-heated 24 hours before* your arrival and it maintains heat from 7AM - 7PM, which would be perfectly warm through the night

Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM.

Do not exceed the number of guests on your reservation at any time during your stay.

Apologies in advance if the pool, pool chairs or outdoor furniture is dusty, we have them cleaned regularly but the winds are strong here and sometimes the dust / dirt collects, especially in the tanning bed area.

DAMAGE INSURANCE FEE: All reservations are subject to an $89 Damage Protection Fee, which covers accidental damages incurred during the stay. This fee safeguards guests against additional charges for qualifying damages, providing a streamlined and worry-free experience.

During the summer the thermostat may be locked at a certain temp range and not able to go lower than that range. This is due to the extreme temperatures in the desert. We can’t allow thermostats to be set below this range or we risk the AC unit freezing entirely, and not working during your stay. We apologize in advance, but we can assure you that 72 or 74 degrees will feel AMAZING when it’s over 100 degrees outside.

POOL & SPA HEAT: We provide free spa heat, but If you'd like the pool heated it will there is a daily fee (schedule below). If you stay for 28+ days we will collect a deposit instead of a daily fee.

- July - August: $0/day
- September - December: $70/day

All bookings made during Coachella, Stagecoach or other festivals will require a $500 refundable deposit, which is due within 72 hours of booking. This deposit will be returned to you after you check out assuming there’s no damage or broken rules during your stay. PLEASE NOTE: if you choose to cancel your reservation prior to checking in, the $500 deposit will not be refunded. The remaining balance of the reservation will follow our cancellation policy.

There is a canopy over the pool during summer months due to the extreme heat. It keeps the pool at a cooler temperature and provides shade while being able to enjoy swimming.
