Original beachfront cottage on Holden Beach, just steps from the sand and water. Enjoy the dolphins and shorebirds from the rockers under the covered porch. Cottage is one-half of a duplex that sits ocean front on Holden Beach. Each side has it’s own private entrance and fenced in yard. Cozy studio has been completely renovated with thoughtful upgrades and amenities. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen and premium cookware. No stairs to climb, level walkway, and fully fenced yard perfect for children, pets (pet fee), and older guests. New AC/Heating unit replaced.

Egret and Sandpiper are very unique properties. This ocean front pet friendly home caters to couples and small families who don’t want to pay the high price for a huge home they won’t use.
