We are born and raised Houstonians and love to share our home and area with you. We are a husband and wife duo and purchased this home to have our parents close to us when they are in town. We are close by should you need anything. Otherwise, the space is yours to enjoy.

Location: Most major spots are within 15 min drive and a 15 min walk to the Metrorail with access to Downtown, Museum District, Herman Park, the Med Center and NRG stadium. This single family, single floor (no stairs or shared walls) bungalow is truly central to many major attractions with easy local road access to all dining and attractions located in the Houston Heights. Get where you need to go quicker. We are just a street light away from both I-45 and I-610 and 15 minutes walk to the Fulton Metro station which takes you directly to downtown and NRG stadium without the parking hassle. Family Friendly: Take the stress out of traveling with little ones. We've been there. We provide a 'real crib' (solid wood standard size), childrens toys and games, cutlery, room-darkening curtains, Stokke high chair, changing pad, Hatch sound machine, video baby monitor, baby tub and stool to reach sinks.

Common Area: The common area has two couches and armchairs. There are board games and childrens toys to keep everyone occupied as well as a Roku enabled Smart TV (bring your own log in).

3 Bedrooms:
- Sleep is a big deal. Room darkening shades and memory foam mattress are provided in each room.
- HUGE Master Bedroom: King Bed + Full Size pull out Couch, Smart TV, walk-in Closet, Private Bathroom with 2 person walk-in shower.
- Bedroom 2: Queen Bed + Twin XL Trundle
- Bedroom 3: 2 Twin XLs. Push them together to make a King, Smart TV

2 Bathrooms: We provide basic toiletries including Dove brand shampoo, conditioner and body wash. One bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Master Bathroom has a shower only.

Laundry Room: The unit includes a full size washer and dryer. We provide liquid laundry detergent and dryer sheets. Bug spray is also provided. The home is professionally treated regularly but we do have Texas sized mosquitos still.

Kitchen: Save money and time and cook at home. The kitchen is yours with induction stove, oven, toaster microwave, fridge, rice cooker, blender and drip and Keurig coffee. Basic cooking and coffee supplies are provided (oil, salt, pepper, Keurig pods, and sugar)

Parking: You can park up to 3 cars total. 2 in the circular driveway in the front yard and 1 in the back. Street parking is also available. Please do not block the long driveway as it is shared with the neighbors. The garage is not available for use.

Pet Friendly: Well-behaved pets are welcome ($100 per stay). A side yard is available to you and is fully enclosed on all sides. We ask that you do not leave animals unattended in the 2 carpeted bedrooms and service animals should never be left unattended in general

Discounts: We offer discounts on long term stays or stays booked 60 days in advance. The discount should be automatically applied directly on VRBO depending on the dates selected.

Flexiblity: We get it. Lining up flights with check in/out times doesn't always work out. If you find yourself in a position needing a little more time, please let us know and we will do out best to accomodate
