This was a great place to stay for my daughter’s basketball tournament. So nice for her to have her own space and for us to have a kitchen to prep meals. Much better than a hotel. After I found it half the teams booked as well in the same place - inclusing the coaches!
Super clean, well appointed and comfortable apartment. Short walk to a bunch of very cool restaurants and stores in the Perry district
Easy access to everything in Spokane. Definitely an A+ property.
I’m a travel nurse and my husband and I stayed here for a little over 3 months. The apartment was so clean and nice. The landlords were always very prompt in responding to me and nothing but helpful and kind. I would definitely stay here again and recommend :)
Natasha and Jerry were outstanding hosts. Very friendly, quick to communicate and very patient with a couple of date changes. The place was modern, spacious, and very clean. Close to I90, so access is good but you can hear the traffic at night. About 20 to 25min walk to Main St restaurants and conference center, which suited us well. I'd be very happy to stay again.

Overpriced for what it is. No balcony or patio and no where to just sit and relax outdoors. AC only in living room. Bedrooms stuffy unless you open window but place is right on the freeway so then you get the noise and pollution. There are older places in the area further up the hill that are cheaper and a bit dated but have lovely decks of patios without the noise.
