About this property
Winston Drive Delight
This is an owner-occupied house with a private entrance to a self contained basement suite. You will access the space from the side, down a flight of stairs. This is a keyless entrance so check in is flexible. You will have a large bedroom with a queen size bed, TV and reading chair. The living room has a small sleeper sofa (fits a single adult), TV and table with chairs. The laundry room is set up with a microwave, small refrigerator, Keurig, toaster and sink. There is not a full kitchen available in the unit. There is an additional table and chairs in the room with some games for entertainment. There is also a desk and chair for your computer. The bathroom offers a full tub and shower. Please note there is a higher than normal step into the tub.
