Directly across the street you’ll find a locally owned Latin café and a barbecue restaurant, and just a couple of blocks away are a spa, an ice cream shop, an arcade and plenty of charming beachside shops. It’s an ideal home base for a monthly stay at the World’s Most Famous Beach.
Step through the foyer of this private 10th floor oasis and feel the weight of the world lift off your shoulders. The oceanfront living room is surrounded by large windows overlooking the ocean below, with a large flat-screen TV and a fireplace for cozy evenings in.
Adjacent to the living room, the large formal dining area is perfect for sharing meals together. Just off the dining room is the kitchen, a cook’s paradise with marble counters, new stainless steel appliances, an abundance of counter space and a kitchen island. The breakfast nook off the kitchen has beautiful oceanfront views of its own, and a private in-unit laundry room adds everyday convenience for longer stays.
The oceanfront primary suite features a king bed, a large TV, walk-in closets and access to the oceanfront balcony. The adjoining primary bathroom has a double vanity, a large walk-in shower and a garden tub.
Both guest bedrooms have a queen bed and gorgeous views of the Daytona Beach cityscape and the Halifax River. One guest bedroom includes a TV and a full ensuite bathroom, and the other has a full bathroom right next door.
Bella Vista Condominiums offers resort-style amenities just steps from the sand. The oceanfront pool and hot tub are surrounded by a sun deck, and between them you’ll find two paved oceanfront fire pits, perfect for evening s’mores and a glass of wine while listening to the waves crash against the shore. There’s plenty of seating nearby for an oceanfront picnic. The club room is designed for entertaining, with a billiards room, bar, kitchen and dining tables, and the cutting-edge fitness center lets you work out surrounded by the peace of the ocean.
Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes one reserved space for the unit, with parking for one additional vehicle on the main level on a first come, first served basis. This means guests can have a maximum of 2 vehicles, or the motorcycle equivalent. Please note that only your one assigned space can be guaranteed. This property cannot accommodate trailers or recreational vehicles but we’d be happy to refer you to a nearby parking company upon request.
Bella Vista Condominiums requires a minimum stay of 30 nights, booked at least 16 days in advance of arrival.
The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back. Unless you are booking on Airbnb, we will need a copy of your photo ID and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation. For Airbnb guests, the cancellation policy is as shown on Airbnb and we only need a copy of your ID if your stay is 28 nights in length or longer.
