Lovely apartment, great location

The apartment was very comfortable, two good sized bedrooms and lounge/kitchen with everything we needed, especially the kettle. The outside patio was a huge plus looking out across the garden to the sea and because we had good weather, was our regular spot. A couple of gripes, The wi fi desperately needs an upgrade. Its 2 km from Tropea (35 minute walk, which we liked) and the location is not as shown correctly, so just over the main road /Rail from the American bar, first house on the right in Via Leanardo Drago, so a bit of road noise but not enough to disturb us. Swimming pool didnt look like it was ever going to work again so check if its important. Ivana was very helpful and attentive and gave us lots of local information. Parghelia is a sweet little village with good bars, restaurants, shops and Tropea is a whole other story, Stunning in every way, Beaches first class and we swam every day (May!) which we weren't expecting. Boat hire in the marina and at the beach. Only regret is we didnt stay longer. Thank you Ivana.

schöne kleine Wohnung in sehrschönem Garten

in kleinem Ort wenige kilometer von tropea entfernt; ca. 15min zu Fuß zum Strand; schöner öffentlicher Strand, romantisch zwischen Felsen gelegen mit Sandstrand

Loved it

We loved the apartment and the location. Parking in the basement wasn’t for us very tight. Parking on the street was much easier. Vincenzo was sweet and helpful. Thanks so for the coffee, water, and wine. Elevator button sticking was a bit of an issue but was sorted out. Maybe a new sofa couch in living room would be nice. Definitely would stay there again.

Avevamo già ammirato in foto la villa, ma arrivati abbiamo notato ch eè ancora più bella, gli spazi sono enormi ed è tutta affacciata sul mare e su enormi prati. La proprietaria gentilissima, ci ha fatto trovare frutta e spumante. E' stata una vacanza perfetta

un salone enorme, bellissima e in una posizione fantastica, in 6 siamo stati comodizzimi. Pulita e con un patio enorme, avevamo il barbecue a nostra disposizione, ideale per gruppi o famiglie numerose
