Cute neighborhood with tons of families nearby. Felt safe. Place was great! Only thing I would add is another mirror or vanity area- it was hard to share a bathroom.

The ADU rental was a very nice upscale unit. The listing was very accurate as to distance to local attractions. Off street parking, finally a listing with parking actually has free off street parking. Host was personable, friendly.

Our stay was fabulous. Our little home away from home was spacious and clean and we had everything we needed to explore Nashville and wind down at the end of the day. We loved the neighborhood and the local shops we walked to daily and it was quick uber ride to the bustling downtown area. 10/10 would stay here again.

Great location in East Nashville, walking distance from cafes, restaurants, bars and a quick drive (or nice long walk!) to downtown. Wonderful that there is a private parking spot! 15 minutes from the airport. Easy communication with Laura, super accommodating. The place has everything you need - there is no kitchen; but ample coffee pods :). Would certainly stay again next time in town.
