Welcome to your perfect family getaway! - only 9 miles away from the airport and 16 miles from downtown Nashville. Take in all the exciting sights and sounds of Music City, then retreat back to our peaceful oasis for some well-deserved R&R at the Hermitage Haven, your home in Nashville!

Our Quirks:
- I live in a separate apartment in the basement (but I'll keep out of your way)
- I have a peaceful golden retriever dog who will often be in the backyard (she is very quiet)
The space
With our cozy dining, kitchen, and living space, our peaceful retreat comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests, offering 2 queen beds and 3 twin beds. Washer and dryer included!
Guest access
You will have access to the entire top floor of the home as well as the front yard. You will also have a designated parking area with enough space for two vehicles.

- We maintain a smoke-free environment (no smoking in or outdoors)
- We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties being hosted on the premises

Great Stay!

The property was very clean and welcoming and Caleb was so easy to speak with and always prompt in his responses. My family and I really enjoyed the house and would definitely stay here again!

Spring break

Comfy and clean house. Easy check in and check out. Great location between Nashville and Cumberland University where our son attends college. Has Walmart and many restaurants nearby as well. Host was very kind and attentive and we loved his dog! Will stay again!

Spartan Weekend

Seamless process for check in/out. Everything was as listed. Met the owner and his dog upon arrival, both very friendly. Close enough to downtown Nashville but far enough away that you can get away from all the excitement.

Lovely home

I really enjoyed my stay at this home. It is very well supplied. Super clean. Appears to have all new bedding and supplies like towels sheets blankets etc. Well stocked kitchen and the owner even supplied coffee k cups for a couple of days and breakfast cereal. Owner was very responsive when I was booking and on checkin which was easy and departure. I would definitely stay here again. BTW there is a pretty good casual restaurant The Gondala very close as well as a subway and Publix grocery store Plus any other store you could want

Great experience!

We had a great stay! The house was well-appointed and we really enjoyed all the thoughtful extra touches (for example, labeled cabinets and a welcome basket of snacks.) Great location, too! We enjoyed meeting Caleb, who lives onsite. And of course, our favorite part was meeting Nala, who was very quiet (as advertised) and a great stand-in for our Golden at home 😊. A wonderful house and owner! My only (very small) bit of feedback that it was a bit tight for 7 people - but still completely doable. Families with small children would have plenty of room, but we have several teens and the bedroom with 3 beds was a little tight. It was easily solved with one kid sleeping on the comfy sofa so dont let that deter you from this awesome place (at a great price!)
