Charming Carriage House on Private Oceanfront Estate

Three bedroom carriage house on private oceanfront estate in the Wianno section of Osterville. Originally built as stableman's quarters, this house has been renovated into an adorable cottage-like home. Screened in porch leads to a large living area with hardwood floors, cathedral ceiling, ceiling fan, HVAC, and bright sunlight throughout. Kitchen, with eating area, has original cabinetry with modern appliances. Bath with shower. washer/ dryer. Upstairs has three bedrooms and one bath with walk in shower. Room sizes vary but each room is light and airy. The property is on approximately three acres of oceanfront property overlooking East Bay, Dowses Beach and Nantucket Sound. The private beach is at the end of the wooden walkway on the property Or you can walk to the beach at the end of Wianno Ave or walk to Dowses Beach. The saltwater bay has a small dock at the edge of the property which is great for crabbing or kayaking! The landscape is beautiful with lots of space to kick a soccer ball or grab a chair to sit and read!

Location is spectacular. Approximately one mile from the center of town. great for walking, running, cycling. Beautiful beaches with warm gulf stream water. Very charming and clean living space.
