Modern Beach House on intracoastal,heated pool, Kayaks,walk to IRB beach & town

Welcome to our beautiful modern Beach House situated right in the heart of the IRB town. Please enjoy a coffee at sunrise out on the deck over-looking the intracoastal and catch a glimpse of the dolphins swimming by. Walk to the sugary white sandy beaches of IRB in 8 minutes and cool off or warm up in the private backyard pool (Heat pump heated to be used year round (85-95 degrees) . Pool heat-pump also has cooling function for the hottest months to keep the pool refreshing. Grill/dine out by the pool and cozy up and watch a game or outdoor movie and enjoy the ambience of the outdoor fire-table or rotate the tv to enjoy it from the pool. Walk to all the fun beach restaurants with live music including Crabby Bills, Jakes Cantina, Slyce pizza, Anecdote Brewery, PJ’s, Tropical ice cream, VIP and much more. We are also a 10 minute walk to the splash harbour waterpark and boat/jet ski rentals and have golf cart rentals nearby.

We updated all our bedrooms with new comfortable mattresses to assure your sleep is as relaxing and enjoyable as the rest of your stay. We will provide beach towels/pool towels, 6 beach chairs, sand toys , pool goggles, beach shelter, cooler and a pull wagon to help you transport everything to the beach with ease. We do have a bunch of pool floaties for both adults and children and two poolside lounge chairs for enjoying the pool. The pool is kept professionally maintained year round and averages 85-95F between. We installed a new electric heat/cool pump pool heater for our guests to enjoy the pool year round. The pool cooling is especially nice in the hot summer months.

We also have numerous games for indoors and outdoors including: Giant Jenga, Giant Connect Four, Floating golf hole game for the pool, Bocci, half size ping pong table and much more. We will provide one full propane tank for the outdoor Weber grill and propane for the fire table as well. If you need groceries, Publix is a 3 minute drive away and also delivers to the house with instacart.

As we do have an open seawall, you're more than welcome to cast a rod and try your luck fishing in the intracoastal. We currently have one stand-up paddleboard and two kayaks that guests can enjoy and guests often go fishing off the kayaks and provide one fishing rod.

This home was beautiful inside and out. The host was quick to respond to my questions. The pool, and outdoor spaces were well maintained, we felt like we were at a private resort. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds and linens were soft and dreamy. The beach was a short walk and it was great that the home had a wagon and chairs. We didn’t need to bring a thing. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay on IRB was a absolute delight. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation. The proximity to the beach was perfect, allowing us to easily spend our days soaking up the sun and playing in the waves. The pool was an added bonus for those days we didn’t feel like loading up and heading to the beach. What really stood out to us was the responsiveness of the owners. I cannot say enough about this place. We had a multi-family of 8 total & had ample space. 7-10 min walk to the beach, wonderful pool in the backyard, & so many amenities such as pool toys & floaties, sand toys, wagon, cooler, umbrellas, & canopy for the beach, etc. We saw dolphins in the inlet (backyard) 2 of the days & they stayed about 20 minutes jumping & playing. The house itself it absolutely beautiful and the neighborhood is as well. The owner was very responsive to all of my questions. You won't ever regret staying in this house.

Wonderful Indian Rocks Vacation

We had a wonderful time staying at this property! Super clean, well and thoughtfully stocked (just what we needed but not cluttered), and great spaces! We enjoyed the fire table everyday, loved that it was in a covered space. I’m saving the best until last, though! The pool was magnificent!! Corey and Kimberly keep it heated and use a solar cover. We had a cool week in Florida but the pool was always warm. We thoroughly enjoyed it. We could see several neighboring pools and no one was in them because they didn’t have covers and I’m sure they were to cold to enjoy. We easily walked to the beach for sunsets, ice cream and restaurants within a couple of blocks! We highly recommend this lovely place

Beautiful House In Great Location

We had an amazing stay at this property. It was located in a great neighborhood and close to everything! Walking distant to the beach and local establishments with a beautiful pool and outdoor living area to hang out in. We had unforgettable experiences while visiting. Everything from an amazing lightning storm to dolphins playing in the harbor while we floated in the pool. A truly amazing property with anything you could possibly need!

Wonderful house with every outdoor amenity you can think of!

Our family of 6 stayed here for spring break. Corey is super responsive and accommodating. The house was just as described and had everything we needed for the beach and pool - plenty of floats and beach chairs/umbrellas and even a wagon to haul your things into the beach. We enjoyed using the paddle board right from the back yard. It was really nice to have so many options to keep the kids entertained (bocce, large jenga, connect 4, sand toys, and more! We really enjoyed the outdoor patio and grilled out while watching tv and lounging in the pool.

My family and I moved here to IRB 7 years ago as a result of regular vacationing in nearby Clearwater Beach. We were looking for a home near Clearwater that still had the most beautiful white sandy beaches, but not the overly busy feel. We stumbled across the hidden gem of IRB and its unique small beach town/family friendly feel and quickly realized this was exactly where we wanted to raise our little guy. This is our main house and when we are away from it for business, vacation or family visits, we are excited to be able to share it with those looking to enjoy a true IRB Vacation experience. We know the area extremely well and can recommend activities and destinations for all ages and will do everything we can to assure you have wonderful visit. Were experienced hosts for three years and regularly staying other vrbo’s throughout our travels and know it’s usually the little details that make the most enjoyable. We try and bring those details to out beach house.

Why they chose this property

Generally a quiet, private street that is tucked away from the traffic. Easy to get to and get off the beach as it avoids any gulf blvd traffic in the high season. Very walkable to the heart of IRB restaurants, bars, ice cream shops, coffee shop and the beach itself on gulf blvd/walsingham. (5th) .

What makes this property unique

Pool heat-pump is a big plus for the colder months and heat cooling feature is a necessity for the hot months to keep the pool refreshing.
-fire table and outdoor sitting area is enjoyable year round and allows easy viewing of the kids in the pool.
- outdoor tv rotates to allow movies or sports to be viewed while swimming in the pool or sitting at the fire-table/outdoor dining tables.
- lots of unique spaces for both kids and adults .
-walkable to the beach/town in 8 minutes (after off our street, would be all sidewalks)
-kids games room/movie room with lots of games including ping pong, table hockey, safe dart board , trainers, blocks, Lego and much more .
