Step into our newly renovated Lake View house that sits on its own private beach with dock. Wake up with a view from every bedroom. Enjoy a fully equipped brand-new kitchen, a four seasons room for relaxing & a master suite with an open tile shower. A kids loft with 2 twin beds is sure to be a highlight. High end amenities are sure to make your stay worth it. Making memories will be no hard task with paddle boarding, campfires, kayaks, fishing and swimming. In the winter you can snuggle in for a weekend, ice fish & relax! You will leave ready to book again!

Please note: 1 toilet on premises. The full bath has everything, and the master bath has shower and sink with no toilet.

Stairs are a true spiral staircase up to the twin loft, tight and steep. The other stairs leading to the loft Queen are steep as well with a handrail. Just an FYI in case anyone has an issue with climbing or stairs. They are both shown in the pictures.

Great place to stay on the lake!

Stayed here for an annual fishing trip with my family. We had a great time. The house and location were perfect for all of our needs and the home owners were very accommodating to our needs. Thx for a great trip!

Another great stay at this modern cabin celebrating 10 years visiting the Islands. We enjoyed the lake, kayaking, fishing and swimming, as well as nightly fires, snores, games and puzzles. Such a great place to unplug, relax and let time slow down. We’ll be back!

Wonderful setting

A wonderful, neighborhood location in North Hero. Amazing breezes off the bay. We sat on the dock and enjoyed coffee in the morning and ice cream in the afternoon. Great dining options just minutes away.

Beautiful Family Lake Getaway

We had a wonderful time at Tiffany and Bryan’s lake house! It was clean, comfortable and being by the water everyday was amazing! Our kids loved the kayaks, we paddleboard and every night could enjoy sitting in the dock. A true treat and beautiful family gateway to enjoy Lake Champlain and the Champlain Islands.

Paradise on the lake

What an awesome get away to spend much needed time with the family. Great location and access to the lake. Also did a day hike, pontooning on the lake and an afternoon in Burlington. I highly recommend this property. We will be back!

Slice of heaven

What better location for avid cyclists than right along the Lake Champlain Bikeway?! The home was clean and nicely decorated, with very comfortable beds. We booked, fished, and enjoyed the local markets and breweries from this lovely location. We would definitely stay again!

Lovely home and great location

Stayed at the lake front home during the 4th of July week and it was a lovely place that I would highly recommend. The home was recently updated and had nice touches that made our stay comfortable. Everything was clean and well organized, especially the kitchen...this made a big difference because we cooked most of our meals. Communication with the owners was easy and responses to questions were prompt.

Perfect "cabin" on the lake

We found the cabin to be all that we needed for our trip to North Hero. Our purpose was to visit our niece and her family who live in the area with our newest family member who was born in July. The location of the cabin and all its amenities was within walking distance to their home. The lake was beautiful and the scenic vistas in every direction were lovely. Sunrise to Sunset. Thank you!

Cozy lake house

House was newly remodeled inside and well stocked. Outside, the property was private and spacious but is overdue for some maintenance to the house and deck area. The private dock is nice and the view is amazing! Great place for boating and biking. I wouldn’t recommend for small children because of the steep stairs leading to the bedrooms.

Family weekend with UVM student

Our son goes to UVM and felt like exploring the area beyond Burlington. This was the perfect location for us to make day trips to bike the Colchester Causeway, get fresh apple Cider, take walks by the lake and see Montreal. The cottage is cozy and cute with lots of thoughtful touches, including robes, slippers, toiletries, local snacks and more. Was also great to be able to bring our dog who our son no doubt missed more than us! Highly recommend!

Quick get away

The house was great for our needs. We stayed for a quick wedding reception. This house is definitely more ideal for a family with kids who can easily get up and down the lofts. Shower in the master suite was a little odd as there wasn’t a shower curtain between the shower and the entry door to the room. We loved the thoughtful extras, towels on our beds, sweet Vermont treats, and the kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything we needed. Only wish was another toilet but understand probably some plumbing issues. Would still come back and stay again!

power outage issue

Overall, we had a great time until the last day and half where we had no power, no candles, one flashlight. Made it hard to clean though we did the best with what we had. Hostess couldve been more understanding with the power outage situation.

Kings Bay paradise

What a relaxing stay in this comfortable, modern cabin oasis on Lake Champlain. Our ninth year returning to the islands, this waterfront spot was peaceful and close to wonderful restaurants and day trips, i.e., Burlington, Canada, hiking, biking, walks and more. The cabin was perfectly suited for our group of 8 with thoughtful detail, Including a wonderful modern kitchen, ACs and fans and every amenity imaginable, including a fire pit (enjoyed nightly), corn hole, board games, kid kayaks, and a paddle board. We also rented additional kayaks for our group from Hero’s Welcome. In addition to a guide book for the home and area, we were greeted with a lovely welcome basket and enjoyed the buttermilk pancakes with maple syrup on our first morning. While the dishwasher never worked during the entire stay, the host was super communicative and responsive in trying to resolve this and answer any questions. Overall, the space was cozy, wonderful inside and out and appreciated by teenagers and adults alike. We plan to return again.

Bel emplacement mais l’entretien ménager pourrait être amélioré

Bel emplacement, nous avons beaucoup apprécié la proximité de la descente à bateau. Le lave-vaisselle n’était pas fonctionnel et le quai endommagé, il manque une plate-forme. Les 2 chambres à l’étage manque de ventilation et une a carrément absence de climatisation. Il fait très très chaud à l’étage. Entretien laisse à désirer, beaucoup de miettes partout dans la cuisine et énormément de toiles d’araignées un peu partout, autant à l’intérieur, dans les fenêtres ainsi qu’à l’extérieur.

Tiffany’s home was the perfect landing spot for our stay in North Hero and exploration of the islands. Everything was clean and fresh, as well as super quiet and peaceful!
