The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming house with a swimming pool for rent in Sauvignac. It has a floor area of 120 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

- A 32 m² living room with a TV and sofa
- A fully equipped kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140×190)
- One bedroom with two single beds
- A mezzanine with a double bed (140×190)
- A shower room
- A separate toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, iron and ironing board.

Outdoors:
- A swimming pool (private, unheated) measuring 4.80m x 6.50m, open from 1 May to 30 September, fitted with an alarm
- A beautiful, private, enclosed garden of 1,500 m² facing west
- Two terraces, one facing east and one facing west, each measuring 30 m², with furniture to enjoy the sunny days

The house is ideally situated in Sauvignac, in a very pleasant setting. Just 7 km away, you’ll find all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…

Activities:
- Hiking and nature walks
- Discover Les Coupes de Catin, a lovely wooded area perfect for a walk in the countryside
- Visit the village of Aubeterre-sur-Dronne (about 20 minutes’ drive away), listed as one of the Most Beautiful Villages in France
- In summer, make the most of the River Dronne for canoeing, stand-up paddleboarding or simply a swim

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park (capacity: 3 vehicles).

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Nearest railway station: Chalais, approximately 10 km away
- Nearest airport: Angoulême-Cognac, approximately 58 km away

- Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our partner on site). The prices quoted are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner
- Pets are permitted, subject to an additional charge of €25 per stay; only one pet (cat or dog) is allowed. Please specify this when booking
- Parents are responsible for supervising their children whilst swimming. Opening dates are not binding and are subject to favourable weather conditions
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. We would be grateful if you could leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any household appliances after use
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the reception staff. A flat-rate surcharge may apply
