Close to the ski resorts and town center, nice and clean house, lots of fun staying here with family. Nice central heating kept us warm after snowboarding.

Great weekend getaway.

We had a great time at the Falcon cabin. Michal was very responsive and accessible. Overall the cabin was clean and comfortable with all the amenities. Would stay again.

A happy stay

Amazing mountain get away!

The cabin made our stay in Big Bear a great experience for our family. It is a beautiful cabin with everything we needed to make our stay feel like home. We were here with our 2 kids 11 and 15 and the space was perfect for us. It is close to the city with a great breakfast shop in easy walking distance.

It snowed!

Perfect cabin for us. Having the full kitchen let us avoid the horror of dealing with the mobs of people out. Loved that it was only 2 minutes from Bear Mountain and it snowed before we went skiing. I’m already working on booking this beautiful place again.

Very nice last minute booking

The cabin was well suited for my husband and I and our 1 year old. It is well stocked, thoughtfully laid out and they did a nice job on the interior remodel. The owner is very responsive. It’s nice to be able to walk to a couple coffee spots and then eat breakfast on the front patio. This was a last minute booking for us and we were very happy with our choice.

Wonderful Getaway

We were thrilled from the moment we walk through the door! What a sweet, cozy, comfortable spot! We loved the updated design and decor…yet, still has that mountain cabin authenticity. My guest and I had the most beautiful time in Michals cabin. We were supplied with everything needed to cook our meals. The place is as described and so neat and clean. The hot tub a major plus!! The location of the cabin is so beautiful and minutes from all the fun activities we did. Michal was kind, understanding and informative. We can’t wait to book again. Thank you!

AMAZING HOST, PROPERTY, and LOCATION!

This is a great property to stay at! Michal is a great host! She has done an amazing job with ensuring her place is clean, beautiful, and guest’s have all they need during their stay. She messaged us the day of our stay to make sure we had all we needed. We reached out to ask for a late checkout (which she accommodated) and she was super prompt with messaging us back. The location of this property is also great! There is a coffee shop and a donut shop within a 4 minute walking distance from the house. We will definitely be trying to stay here again!

Perfection!

Beautiful drive, easy code access, absolutely darling inside and out! Great design, smelled amazing, Prosecco bottles waiting, jacuzzi in the back, perfect sized rooms, great décor and lighting, awesome washer dryer, and hot showers!!! Centrally located and would highly recommend! Only downfall not pet friendly so we could not bring our fur babies and we missed them. But fantastic breakfast, lunch and dinner spots some in walking distance - oh and a really cool zoo in walking distance too!!! We had a blast!!! 💕👍👍👍👍👍 “5 Stars!”

Hi and welcome to Falcon's Den! Born and raised in Los Angeles and currently living in Venice - I love getting away and heading to the mountains. I'm big on travel and exploring new places but always enjoy coming back to my little hideaway in Big Bear - it's a destination that my family would visit throughout my childhood. With those wonderful memories in mind, I set out to create a place for friends, family and guests to enjoy with me. This cabin has the best of both worlds - cozy yet modern and the great thing about Big Bear is that there are new adventures and activities with each season. Hope you love it! <3

Why they chose this property

We are walking distance to the ski shuttles where you can easily access Bear Mountain and Snow Summit. Both are also just a very short drive away. The new Moonridge zoo and golf course is just down the block as well as Moonridge Village with quaint restaurants and donut+coffee shops. Centrally located but also far enough removed to enjoy the quiet of the mountains.

What makes this property unique

This is an upscale neighborhood that is the hidden gem of Big Bear Lake with a ton of areas for free sledding and trails for hiking and biking all around us. The National Forest is also just a couple short blocks away. It's the perfect location without the crowds but close enough to be within a short distance of every major attraction in Big Bear Lake. Once you're here - you won't need your car because everything you need is just steps away.
