Beautiful Patio Home in Mesa - Pet friendly with Pool/Jacuzzi

Well maintained, quiet subdivision with community pool/spa and greenbelt walkways. The division is pet friendly and is just 3 blocks from Hohokam Stadium (Oakland A's) and a 5 minute drive to the Cubs stadium for spring training fun. The home is on a cul-de-sac and features a large front and back patio with gas barbeque. Both are landscaped and great for entertaining. This unit is fully furnished with everything you will need. There are two master bedroom suites - both large and with a private bathroom. It is 10 minutes from Sky Harbor, and less to Mesa Riverview and Mill Street. An easy 10 minute drive to old town Scottsdale. Come and enjoy Arizona and all it has to offer!

Wonderful

We love this property. This is our second year staying and can’t wait to come back. House is lovely, yard perfect for a dog. Pool and hot tub beautiful. Host Jarie is very accommodating.

Property was exactly as shown beautiful. Very private back yards. The owner Jarie was extremely accommodating during our process to get over the border during the COVID restrictions. Pool and hot tub area are lovely. Can’t wait to stay again.

This well appointed patio home (casitas) is located in a complex with green walkways near the Oakland Athletics training camp. We stay here each year as we have friends in the area. The owner is a wonderful person to work with and the property manager is just as kind as can be. We feel perfectly safe when staying in this home.

A wonderful stay!

Jarie is a warm and welcoming host. Check in was a breeze. The house is as nice as the pictures show. The community is a quiet, pleasant little oasis. The pool and hot tub got lots of use. This was truly the home away from home experience!

Wonderful Condo experience in a quite and lovely neighborhood

The owner and property manager were very accommodating and pleasant to work with prior and during our stay. The family's need to have a flexible schedule to support a member's medical condition was challenging for the family and the owner and property manager was extremely helpful in all requests. The home is located in an lovely established neighborhood and the residents are very courteous and friendly. The condo complex is very clean and secure. You will notice the HOA takes great pride in the privacy, needs and desires of the owners and there guests. The amenities offered are well maintained and easily accessible. Location is near a number of Major League baseball training camps and many lovely public parks. There is a very large mall complex within 5 minutes drive that has all the nationally known retailers and restaurants. Easy drive to downtown Phoenix and Scottsdale. Picked location for ease of access to Phoenix Banner and Mayo hospitals. I highly recommend this Condo for your vacation and long term rental needs.

Home away from home!

We truly enjoy staying in the patio home. It is very comfortable and well equipped. The front and back courtyards are private and safe. We love walking through the greenway with our small dog. The updated furniture has been a wonderful addition to the home.

Awesome place to stay

Comfortable, safe community, close to groceries, people very nice that I did meet. It was the perfect place and all that I needed to have an extended stay away from home! Thank you for the opportunity to stay here! Never had time to take advantage of the pool but enjoyed the paths to walk and the tall trees!!! I will certainly check in availability when coming to the valley again - since so easy to get around from this location. Highly recommend!! And again Thank You!!!

always a good easy stay

We have stayed in this casitas many times. We use it for our base for baseball spring training. It is situated in a very lovely, comfortable complex with plenty of walking paths, friendly people, very nice pool facility. The condo also is bright, open with lovely large front patio with all the amenities for outdoor eating and entertaining. The home owner and manager are so easy to work with. Always our home away from home. it is so well liked that there are very few openings. Don't miss out.

Wonderful place to stay!

This is the second time that we have rented this home. The complex has beautiful walkways and is centrally located to parks, restaurants and grocery stores. The home is well equipped and quite roomy.

Comfortable, Clean, Private & Perfect!!

My family stayed here during my son's college baseball tournament. Very close to the stadium. My elderly mother-in-law arrived at the house 1st & the property manager was there to help her in & show her around. Great communication!! Very clean home. It was also very quiet & private. 1st time snowbirds loved this patio home!

We SO enjoyed our stay in this well appointed home. It has everything you will ever need - from bicycles and pool toys to paper towels, comfortable beds and TV's in every room. We enjoyed several meals on the outdoor patio and picked oranges from the backyard orange tree for fresh squeezed orange juice. The neighborhood is very safe, close to the Oakland A's training camp, has beautiful walkways and wonderful neighbors. We would be staying here again next year but it was already booked for February 2016.

Park Centre Patio Home

We had a great 5 weeks in this comfortable patio home. The location is perfect and close to both Scottsdale and Phoenix. Our Bichon was also a happy camper in this home with beautiful walkways and made alot of "ruff ruff" friends on the property. Hope to stay again in the future.

Seattleites relocating to Mesa enjoyed private, secluded courtyards.

Older, well maintained condo with north/south exposure, orange trees and attached garage. The area feels more like you're staying in a small, secluded, single-story home; not what you might think of as a traditional condominium - very much a plus. The two bedrooms with ensuite full baths on either side of the condo provided privacy for each couple in our party. The property manager was very responsive to a few issues and helped make our stay relaxing and comfortable. Pool and spa area is a three minute walk and this unit is at the end of a cul-de-sac that has paved walking path access over a small green belt to the nearby streets to the east. Kitchen was fairly well stocked. Good proximity to shopping, main arterials, and restaurants (loved the Cracker Barrel!) We would recommend this condo to our relatives and friends visiting the Greater Phoenix area.

Well maintained, quiet location with large pool and Jacuzzi Good layout - double car garage leads directly into unit. Two master bed/bath suites separated by the living area. Location to Cubs spring training as well as Scottsdale shopping and Mill Street. Great hiking, biking and outdoor activities throughout the area - beautiful desert formations!

What makes this property unique

The landscaped patios on spring, fall and winter nights. Peace and solitude, sleep with the sliding doors open and it's very quiet and calm. The neighbors are all very helpful and friendly.
