About this property

The White Aster is a 2 story home located at the heart of historic St Elmo in Chattanooga. At the base of Lookout Mtn, it's just a short drive up the mountain to Rock City and Ruby Falls. Walking distance to the incline, 1885 Girll and more. If you really want to experience some amazing views, park at the base of the mountain and take the Incline Railway up to Point Park where you can experience majestic views and some of the Civil War history of Chattanooga. Come enjoy Chattanooga with us at the White Aster - your home away from home!

PLEASE NOTE: Although we are DOG friendly, we do NOT allow cats. For dogs, we charge pet rent of $25/per night per pup. (THIS WILL COME AS A SEPARATE CHARGE AFTER BOOKING AND IS NOT AUTOMATICALLY INCLUDED WHEN YOU BOOK YOUR TRIP). If you have not disclosed that you will be bringing a pet in the booking process, please let us know. Although we are a pet friendly home, due to allergy issues of future renters we request that pets not be allowed on furniture (particularly in the bed). We also prefer pets be crated if left alone. Please pick up after your furry family member!

Damage Fees If Applicable (ranges are based off item size and quality):

Towels: $4 - $38 per item
Bedding: $8 - $66 per item
Comforter: / Encasements $88 - $141 per item
Pillows: $27 per item

Furniture / Decor / Fixture: Charged to guest according to vendor repair invoice

Excessive clean fee: $50 - $200 depending on extent of work required

Smoking inside property: $200 per day of your stay

Please be advised, for stays 30 days or longer, we require a "mid-stay" clean approximately every 15 days. The reduced cost of these clean(s) will be added together if applicable and calculated according to length of your stay - THIS ADDITIONAL COST IS NOT CALCULATED IN THE LISTING PRICE WHEN YOU INITIALLY BOOK and is due upon booking. Please feel free to reach out with any questions. For this location, each clean will cost $105.

(For stays of 30 days or longer) A starting supply of consumable goods (paper towels, toilet paper, coffee) will be provided upon check-in. For extended stays, guests are responsible for purchasing consumable goods if they need more outside of what is initially provided.

This property features a functioning chair lift to assist with moving up the stairs.

PMI Scenic City requires a rental agreement for all of our properties. Must be 21 or older to rent this property.

Chattanooga best

Husband,daughter, son and Daughter in law all stayed And we felt very comfortable from the 1st moment. Our son was competing in the Ironman and so we cooked several meals at the property which was convenient to grocery stores and more within walking distance! Kitchen and all rooms are fully stocked and excellent quality! We would definitely rent this house again!!

In town for a wedding and this house was gathering spot for cousins. Great open floor plan for that!

Fabulous

House is beautiful, clean, and has plenty of room. Beds are super comfy. Fenced back yard was a huge benefit with a dog. Property owners were easy to communicate with and very kind. We will be back for sure!

Best family vacation!

Everything was great and spacious! The back yard was great for our dog and the outside patio was set up for hanging out!! Everyone in our family had a great time!

Great house and location!

The White Aster is a beautiful, well kept and clean house! Lots of room to relax and sleep. The location is absolutely perfect for us and close to so many attractions. We will certainly be visiting this house in the future!
