Welcome to the “Putt Hut too!” Our condo is the perfect location for your next golf, tennis, or horsing around trip. Located in Golf Terrace between course #3 & #5, across the street from Pinehurst Resort. The Horse track is also just a short walk. The kitchen is fully equipped and clean towels and linens are provided for your stay.
The Putt Hut too is on the ground floor and is a corner unit with beautiful resort & golf course views.

Great golf view

We had a great time at this condo. The bed was extremely comfortable and the unit was very clean! The property was older but updated. All the properties there are older. The front door lock it super sensitive so it took a few tries to get into the unit each time we left. Overall we would definitely stay there again!

Comfortable and a Great Location!

My husband and I stayed for a few days between Christmas and New Year’s to visit our son who lives nearby. The proximity to the Main Clubhouse at Pinehurst and the Village of Pinehurst make walking easy and convenient!The condo was described accurately in the listing. The king-size bed was very comfortable and Katie provided many items, such as coffee, snacks, and even laundry soap for the laundry unit across the parking lot. We will definitely be back!

Perfect stay

My husband and I stayed here for the US Open and it could not have been a more perfect stay! Excellent location that’s easy to get to local restaurants and attractions. Clean space with everything you would need for your visit. Katie was the best host providing us with directions, great recommendations for dinner, and even a cute welcome basket! Would definitely recommend this property if you are looking to visit the area!

Perfect condo for 2 people close to everything

This little condo had everything we needed to feel at home while visiting Pinehurst for a wedding. We were no more than 10 minutes away from anything we needed to do. The king bed is extremely comfortable (which we so appreciated), trendy living room and a well stocked kitchen complete this little condo. We also appreciated and utilized the complete coffee bar! We had a small problem with the water heater (just like at home things can happen), but the property manager responded quickly and had it fixed in plenty of time for us to shower for our event! We truly enjoyed our stay! Thanks for hosting us!

Simply The Best

Our 2nd time staying here. Katie has thought of everything. From the Zip Lock bags for your open cheeses to quarters for laundry. We played Pinehurst # 5. Hole 17 comes right in front of your lanai. Place is simply perfect. FYI FirstHealth offers a 10 use punch card for $99. Great Pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room for use after Golf and or Pickleball. FirstHealth has a full Gym if you want.

Great condo walking distance to Pinehurst resort

Loved the condo and would stay again. Katie was extremely responsive via text. The condo is extremely well outfitted with all you need to cook, enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning, do your laundry (which is right across the parking lot) if you need to, and even has left a few snacks to choose from which was a nice touch. Very nice and quiet unit overlooking the course. There is a large soaking tub for your achy muscles after a few rounds. Of note, we found it fairly easy to step in and out of given that we are used to zero entry showers. The king bed slept well; however, be aware that there is very little space between the bed and walls to maneuver. We learned quickly to be very careful getting out of and walking around the bed. Overall, excellent place and we would definitely return!

The Putt Hut Weekend

We were in Pinehurst to tour the area and take part in a weekend golf tournament. Katie’s condo was a convenient location for everywhere we planned to visit. The condo had most of the features my wife and I look for in a weekend rental. The condo environment was perfect for the limited time we spent there. It was a little cool that weekend and the HVAC was ready to keep the unit at a good temp. The bed room temp ran a little warmer so we turned done the heat in the evening. We’re not big fans of foam mattresses so that would be our only negative comment. I just need a firm mattress for the best sleep. (Old guys have special needs! Lol) Dining and living room area furniture was modern and comfortable. The tv and options were very good. The kitchen was setup well for breakfast cooking as we ate out for our other meals. If you were planning to cook lunch or dinner Katie had the essentials to make that possible. Requirements on arrival and departure were smooth and easy. We did have an issue finding the condo road the first time coming in. But super easy from then on. There’s a lot going on in that area and we arrived at a busy traffic time. Overall we’d come to The Putt Hut again!
