This beautiful home is perfect for entertaining, with a stunning backyard oasis, spacious rooms, and stylish finishes, indoor and outdoor dining, plus a full gym in the garage for your workout needs, you’ll never want to leave home! Inside, bright and cozy spaces welcome you. The chef’s kitchen has top-notch appliances, giant refrigerator/freezer and bar seating, making it great for formal and casual meals. The dining and comfy living rooms are ideal for family time, with a fireplace for cooler nights.

The home has three well-designed bedrooms for families or groups:

Master Bedroom: King bed + twin bunk + twin roll-away (sleeps 5)
Bedroom #2: Queen-over-queen bunk + roll-away bed (sleeps 4)
Bedroom #3: Queen bed (sleeps 2)
Living room: Couch & Air mattress (sleeps 3)
Extra air mattresses are also available

There are two updated bathrooms-one with a jetted tub and walk-in shower, the other with a shower/tub combo for kids, making mornings easy.

Outside, relax in the custom cocktail pool that doubles as a spa, with waterfalls and a walk-in Baja shelf. The backyard has a built-in BBQ, fire pit, ping pong table, and mood lighting for any time of day. Privacy fencing keeps the space all yours-your perfect California retreat.

• We take cleanliness seriously! Our team follows enhanced cleaning procedures between each stay, with extra attention to high-touched surfaces.
• The home has central heating and AC to keep you comfortable year-round
• This is a family-friendly neighborhood, so keep noise down during quiet hours, especially at night.
• Pool/Spa heating is available up to 82°F for $100/day minimum (based on current SDGE rates so please inquire about pricing prior to booking).
• A $100 pet fee per pet applies (up to 2 small dogs) to cover deep cleaning after checkout.
• After 8 guests, there's a $50 per night fee for each additional guest.
• Early check-in or late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours ahead and depends on our cleaning schedule.
