THIS IS NOT PART OF THE FLAMINGOS TIMESHARE BUILDINGS.

Our PRIVATE Villa La Estancia Villa 2502 is a dead centered 5th floor condo above the lobby building with an unobstructed direct ocean view from every room. You are not looking into other villa, and they are not seeing into ours.

Update 2023 - Now have Pickleball court setup.

UPDATE Mar 2015 - We have set up NETFLIX for guest use in the Living Room. This will be Mexico listings, but most programs are available.

UPDATE Sept 2014 - We installed an interior door from the living room to the 2nd bedroom - VERY IMPORTANT if you have small children needing the second bedroom for sleeping. Original construction was a Lockoff configuration, meaning you needed to use the balcony to move around. We are one of only a couple of the 2 bedroom condos at Villa La Estancia with this updated feature.

THIS IS NOT A LARGE HOTEL SUITE. You are treating yourself to our 5 Star quality, 2,100 sf villa with fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, in suite laundry room, huge balcony, large master bedroom and large second bedroom with 2 queen beds and full bath. Top quality furnishings and privacy ensure a relaxing time. Unobstructed beach and grounds view from the balcony. Very light and airy interior flooded with sunlight.

A 2011, 2012, 2013 Travelers Choice Award for Top 10 Luxury Hotels in the Caribbean and Mexico was awarded to Villa La Estancia Nuevo Vallarta.

Free wired internet and private owner wireless router for interior WiFi connection.

Check the calendar at the right for available dates. Special last minute rates available, just ask.

There is a modern major supermarket 1 mile away to purchase beverages, snacks and other foods for in villa eating. An onsite small deli market is also available for last minute purchases.

We have installed grab bars in the 2 bathrooms for those who need assistance in bathing and with the toilet.

Included are a mid-week maid service (additional can be arranged), a gas grill on the balcony, and a set of golf clubs for guest use.

VIP Transportation is included for up to 4 guest from the airport to the resort. Additional number of guests will be covered by the guest at the airport prior to departure to the resort.

This is a very comfortable unit with great views to the ocean and pool. It is spotless and George is a wonderful host who stays on top of everything you may need. We had a problem with the microwave not working and he told us to go buy a new one which he would reimburse us for. Very generous indeed and shows his concern for your welfare while on vacation staying in his unit. He always has a fresh flower arrangement to greet you upon arrival. The staff at Villa La Estancia is superb and will do whatever they can to make your trip memorable. There are also many great restaurants in the nearby town of Bucerias as well as an all inclusive plan here if you just want to stay put. If you are looking for a relaxing fun vacation, choose Unit 2502a at Villa La Estancia. You won’t be disappointed.

Wonderful stay

This was our 3rd year at La Estancia and first time staying in George's place. It was wonderful. The unit was very clean and we really appreciated the door between the living room and 2nd bedroom, which is unique to this unit. Would definitely stay again.

What a view!

This villa is awesome! Wonderful for a family with an amazing view of the La Estancia property. George is very quick to respond to any questions as we were preparing for the trip, and even had flowers delivered to our villa upon our arrival. Amazing trip.

Great stay!

We've stayed in this unit twice now and it's great! This spcific unit is one of the few floorplans that works well for families with young children because the 2nd bedroom is not separated from the main unit. Always top notch service with a smile.One thing that was different this stay was that the hotel seemed to really be pushing weddings. There were 2 weddings the weekend we were there and it was quite loud and very difficult to get a space at the pool. At times when weddings arent happening it very peaceful and relaxing. Great location!

Wonderful stay

Villa la Estancia is the ultimate luxurious destination with staff that truly seem to love their jobs. There is always someone ready to set up a chair at the pool or call a taxi when needed. The rooms are much larger than any other hotel or rental, I had many questions and George, the owner, was easily available by text and phone and he made a point of reaching out to me with recommendations and to make sure I knew everything I needed before my trip.

Amazing Experience

This property is amazing, the perfect size of resort with all the amenities one would want and everything easily accessible by walking. Such a relaxing atmosphere by the pools, and the food at the restaurants was great. George, was able to share some great knowledge of the area to help us as we planned the trip to celebrate a milestone birthday. Either the hotel or George arranged a couple nice extra birthday arrangements for our arrival which showed an extra level of hospitality! Definitely recommend this property and host!

Summer Beach Getaway

Everyone at the resort worked together so well. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. The pools were clean, the beach was organized and clean. Housekeeping did a good job. The bell boys, parking services, check in and out were all very efficient. Food and drinks at the restaurants all very good. In 10 days, absolutely no complaints.

Wonderful place to stay!

We loved this place; it was hands down one of our favorite vacations ever! Great location and George was wonderful to communicate with. The pictures are 100% accurate. The resort staff was also excellent and friendly. Our kids (ages range from 10-15) loved playing in the waves and boogie boarding for hours. The resort property is very well cared for and we always felt safe. We hope to book this same unit again, it truly doesn’t get any better than this! Thank you George!

Excellent place to stay!

Our stay at Georges property was amazing. It was easy to book and George treated us with vip service. His property is not only in the center but the view from his level overlooks the pool and the waves crashing in the sand from the beach. I’ve stayed at other properties here and Georges unit is by far the best! Also, his response time is amazing! Any questions I had, George tried to get back to me right away. My family and I definitely recommend and will be back!!

Beautiful

We have stayed at Villa la Estancia for many years and this was our first experience with VRBO and we could not have had a better experience. The unit is beautiful and love the large balcony. We brought my husband's mom with us and the door between the 2 units makes it very convenient. We will definitely contact Mr Miller again when we are planning our next trip to Puerto Vallarta.

We have stayed here many times and really love it. The unit is immaculate and spacious with a great view. George is such a kind, nice man and totally easy to deal with. The kitchen is fully stocked with all you need for self catering but there are many restaurants nearby if you choose to dine out. The staff here is amazing and are always ready to help with anything you might need. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation, Villa La Estancia is the place for you. A truly wonderful experience

This is a beautiful spacious condo with a 5th floor view of the pool and the ocean. I was very impressed. The sandy beach and ocean are just past the large pool with all the amenities. Not to mention the $20 hour-long massage like I’ve never before experienced. The restaurant is very nice and the other local restaurants are very good as well and not as pricy. We will definitely come back.

Amazing property and location

What a great unit with a wonderful location. We were a bit skeptical of the VRBO listing saying the internal doors connecting was a big deal - but it was! Several other groups in our party rented different villas with both A and B units, and they had to go through the front door with a key to go in between. George's unit has a perfect view of the pool and ocean, and with that door, we were able to move freely throughout the entire space the entire time. To top it off, George had a beautiful bouquet of flowers delivered to our room on the first day of our trip. We'll be back!

Wow! Wow! Wow! Terrific vacation.

The property is beautiful and the location is perfect. It’s on the least crowded part of the beach and the beach attendants wonderfully had our beach chairs set up for us each day. George’s place is in the center of the resort and looks directly out to the ocean—perfect for watching the extraordinary sunsets each night. We liked the layout of George’s place — the internal door made the adjoining “B” side of the condo seem more a part of our family gathering. The beds were comfortable and included multiple pillows so we each could find our own firmness. We enjoyed cooking in sometimes — a nice grocery store one mile walk away, or a convenience store on property. George had a grill and the cooking amenities we needed.George is a superb host. He promptly answered my questions. He also gave me a lot of helpful information about the property and about restaurants in the area. We will definitely return next year!!! Would give George six stars if we could for being a great host!
