Der Wohnbereich ist mit einer Couch, einem Flachbild-TV, einem DVD-Player und einer Stereo-Anlage ausgestattet. Sie hat einen schönen Ausblick ins Regental, eine helle und freundliche Atmosphäre in den Räumen und lädt zum Essen, Trinken und Verweilen ein.
