Welcome to our Family's Dream Home. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located resort. Our home has 2 Disney themed rooms (Frozen and Mickey Mouse) onA Private Heated Pool ( pool heat additional charge) and an inhouse game room with video game consoles.
Comfortable, Clean, fully stocked kitchen that is located in a gated community with a Private-Pool and Private game Room. The property amenities include access to our Community Pool, gym, game room, playground and 54 seat state of the art movie theater; that can be privately reserved, tiki bar and convenient store.

Pool heat is $20 a day.

Gas grill for BBQ. (If tank is empty you will be responsible to get it refilled in order to use) there is an additional $20
cleaning fee)

(2) On-site high chair, (3) strollers, baby play station, beach chairs and accessories, (1)pack n play and toys for younger children, board games and gaming station in Play room.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Remove all pool toys from the pool
DO NOT put loose trash in outside dumpster. All trash mush be in a bag. There is a $120 fee to have this removed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
DON'T park on street, block sidewalk or on grass. Extra parking is available at the club house
ALL trash must be placed inside a trash bag before disposing of in the trash bin located outside. NO loose trash is to be placed in trash bin

From the moment we walked in I loved this house the kitchen was fully stocked the pool came with floats not to mention the rooms was to die for especially the master bedroom and the host communication was great a response was made immediately I will definitely book this house again if it’s open.

We stayed for 6 nights for a cheer competition and we were so glad we did! Absolutely beautiful home with everything you need for a relaxed stay. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Rooms for kids are darling! Pool is the perfect size and well maintained. Location was truly minutes from disney world and many other activities. Area is secure and neighborhood is quiet. Next time we are in Orlando we would love to stay again! Thank you for everything!

Great house at an excellent location. Pool was clean and fun. After researching many places for this trip I found it to be the best value of what you get. I highly recommend for a large group. Communication with the HOST was great and she did allow for an early check in which is a huge plus!
