The location at 520 meters above sea level near the three-river city of Passau (18 km), the Bavarian Forest and only about half an hour from the spa triangle is the perfect starting point for various excursions and leisure activities.
The apartment, located in a former holiday complex, is on the ground floor of a three-unit house.
It is equipped with hair dryer, towels, bed linen, 2x TV, WiFi on request.
In the kitchen there is a fridge, induction cooker, microwave with grill, coffee machine, kettle, dishes, cutlery and pots as well as basic equipment spices, coffee / tea. Parking space available.
Minimum stay: 2 nights.

The apartment is NOT barrier-free as it can only be reached by stairs.
Attention allergy sufferers: It may be that the neighboring cat comes by.
Small dogs no problem.
Due to the proximity to the motorway, traffic noise can be heard depending on the wind. Can not be heard in the bedroom.
