Andrea als Gastgeberin war super freundlich und hat sich immer nach unseren Wohlbefinden erkundigt. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Panoramafenster im Wohnzimmer ist natürlich ein absolutes Highlight, auch wenn wir leider durch das Wetter nur selten die Aussicht genießen konnten.

Wir haben die Zeit in der sehr liebe- und geschmackvollen, gepflegten und geräumigen Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Die tolle Aussicht ist nicht zu toppen. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen wundervollen Blick über die Landschaft und bei entsprechendem Wetter sieht man in der Ferne die Alpen.Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Frau Kapfer und Familie sind ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die empfohlenen Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Fahrradtouren haben wir sehr gerne angenommen und wurden auch nicht enttäuscht.Mit dem Auto ist man in 5 Minuten an der Donau und kann dann ausgiebige Fahrradtouren starten. Die nahe gelegene Autobahn hat uns nicht wirklich gestört. Man konnte sogar bei geöffnetem Schlafzimmerfenster ruhig schlafen.Wir können diese Ferienwohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen. Nochmals vielen Dank an die Familie Kapfer für unseren sehr schönen Aufenthalt Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt.

Sehr schöner Kurztrip

Es war ein sehr schöner Kurztrip in die Nähe von Passau. Wie Wohnung war hübsch und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Aussicht vom Balkon über das Donautal war auch beeindruckend. Unser Hund war auch willkommen und hat sich wohlgefühlt. Gerne wieder 😃

Sehr schöner Urlaub im "Panoramastüberl mit Alpenblick"

Wie hatten 2 Wochen Urlaub zum Spazierengehen / Wandern mit unseren Hunden. Das Apartment war sehr schön mit dem besagten Panoramablick und der sonstigen Ausstattung. Wir konnten jeden Tag woanders einen tollen Ausflug machen. Die Startpunkte waren maximal 15 bis 30 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Das leichte Rauschen der Autobahn bei entsprechender Windrichtung hat uns nicht gestört.

Toller Ausblick

Der Ausblick und die Weite ist einfach toll. Die Unterkunft ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Sowohl drinnen wie auch draußen gibt es genügend Möglichkeiten sich aufzuhalten und die Zeit zu genießen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

2 Erwachsene, 1 11-jähriger, 1 Hund für 5 Übernachtungen. Top ausgestattet. Sehr nette Besitzer. Optisch sehr schöne Innenausstattung. Wir waren jeden Tag in der Umgebung unterwegs (Max. 60 km). Passau, Pullman City, Waldwipfelweg/Sommerrodelbahn und Wildpark Ortenburg. Junior war mehr als zufrieden. Edeka inkl. Bäcker und Metzger 10-15 min Fußmarsch entfernt. Als kleines Manko wäre die Autobahn in hörbarer Nähe zu erwähnen. Uns hat sie nicht wirklich gestört, da wir tagsüber immer unterwegs waren. Daher top Urlaub. Vielen Dank.

Ein Ort zum Verweilen

Wunderschön und viel zu kurz. Es ist eine traumhafte Wohnung. Man kommt an und fühlt sich direkt zu Hause. Ich konnte abends noch schön auf dem Balkon in der Sonne sitzen und abends in der Ferne die Lichter von Passau sehen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Vermieter sind super sympathisch u d zuvorkommend. Ich war ganz sicher kocht das letzte Mal dort.

Schöne Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Gepflegte Wohnung und sehr freundliche Vermieter. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön. Es liegt etwas abgelegen und es wird ein Auto benötigt, um Einkaufen zu gehen. Sehr gerne wieder.

Tolle Wohnung in schöner Umgebung

Die Wohnung hat alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht, inklusive großem Balkon und schön angelegten Garten, in dem der Hund spielen kann. Von der Ferienwohnung kann man direkt und ohne Auto lange Gassirunden und Spaziergänge machen. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Trotz bescheidenem Wetter ein erholsamer und schöner Aufenthalt!
