Casa at Sea is a luxury oceanfront villa in the upscale Belnem area of Bonaire. All four bedrooms offer stunning sea views and private en-suite bathrooms. Two fully equipped kitchens and two ocean-facing living areas make the home perfect for families or groups seeking space and comfort.

The interiors were designed by Dutch interior designer Anneke Deen, blending Caribbean calm with refined European elegance.

Outside, enjoy one of the island’s most spacious private terraces with shaded lounges, a magnesium mineral pool, and a high-end Basterd BBQ. Swim or snorkel directly from your private, easy-access sea entry. A vibrant house reef awaits just steps from the terrace.

Located just minutes from Kralendijk’s shops and restaurants, and a short drive to the island’s best beaches, Jibe City (windsurfing), and Atlantis (kitesurfing). Two private parking spaces are included.

Amazing stay on Bonaire!

The house was gorgeous and just as pictured. What we didn’t anticipate was the proximity to everything. So convenient for both land and sea activities. Simone was a lovely host who made sure every aspect of our stay was a pleasure. Highly recommend this rental!

We had the best stay ever!!! The house was perfect!! The setup/layout of the house was perfect. We had everything we needed and it was very clean and well kept!!! Simone and Mitch were the best to work with. They gave the best recommendations for food and diving. They responded very quickly to every question we had. The snorkeling right in front of the house was amazing. We will be returning to this house!!!

Great stay

We loved our time in Bonaire. The greatest thing of the house is the amazing reef it has right in front. The deck and pool are great. The house is very comfortable, except for the fact that the living room doesn’t have air conditioning nor a good fan which makes it very hot during August. Simone was a fantastic help. She was always available, very kind and helpful.

Gorgeous fully stocked home in an amazing location

We can't rave enough about how perfect this house is. Absolutely incredible views, a gorgeous house reef, a well stocked and modern home - it was perfect for us. We dove most days at the house and loved having a gear rinse sink by the water. Simone was wonderful to work with - and we really appreciated thar the house was stocked with breakfast items when we arrived. We'll be back :)

Very nice property

Beautiful property that is very well kept. Four master bedrooms that are all essentially the same and all very nice. The property is very well kept and the location makes it very easy to get to resteraunts etc. The pool is great and the ocean is just behind the house which makes for very easy snorkling. Just next door is a nice resort bar/resteraunt which is very convirnient and it is not loud or disturbing. We had 3 couples staying a week and there is plenty of room for a fourth couple. The island is nice and the food is great.

Bonaire perfection

Just returned from 10 glorious days at Casa at Sea in Bonaire. This is an outstanding property with beautiful views and sunsets and excellent snorkeling or diving right off your deck. The property is very modern and very well equipped to ensure your stay there is perfect. Simone the property manager is very attentive and makes certain that all details meet our needs, ensuring a wonderful stay. Simone met us at the property and welcomed us with refreshments and snacks, which was certainly appreciated after a long day of travel. We are a group of 6 friends who travel together often at different islands throughout the Caribbean. We all agree, Casa at Sea rates at the top of our list of perfect places to stay.

Fabulous House

My family and I are frequent VRBO guests, and the Casa at Sea was one of the best vacation rentals we have found! To begin with, Simone was incredibly communicative and responsive. She made everything so easy and gave us great tips for our trip. The house itself is gorgeous! Diving right off the back of the house was such a pleasure, and it was so nice to be able to right out of the ocean, rinse off and hop back into the pool where we could enjoy a nice after dive glass of wine. There were so many wonderful outdoor spaces where we could congregate as a family of 6 or have some alone time to contemplate the magic of beautiful Bonaire with our respective partners. The house is also in a great location - very easy to get anywhere on the island. It is very close to the airport, but the planes don't come in with any great frequency and we enjoyed watching them land. There is also a nice hotel next door. It is small, quiet and no windows look into the property, so it doesn't detract from the privacy at all. Instead, the hotel's outdoor bar and restaurant made for a really easy place to grab lunch or a drink The house is also really comfortable. The problem some of us often have with rental houses is that the beds and/or pillows are really uncomfortable. But not at Casa at Sea. We slept wonderfully! The kitchen is well-stocked, making it easy to stay in and cook (although with so many great restaurants nearby we didn't do so as often as we planned). I would recommend Casa at Sea for any family contemplating a picture perfect vacation on Bonaire.
