The house was very nice, spacious and well equipped and the owner was very prompt with responses and very nice-even allowing us to enter early due to the house cleaning being finished early! Although it is mentioned on the house description page in VRBO that the walk down to the water is steep, we found it very difficult to navigate without slipping on many rocks which moved a great deal and gravel which made us slide down the embankment-almost losing our footing several times. (ages 4, 7, 34, 32, 63, 64). Also, not being able to enter the water at the property was sad for our little ones, but I did not ask about that ahead of time.
