A modern home nestled amongst 2.5 acres of boulders surrounds you with the natural wonders of the desert while the house keeps you cozy and comfortable with high-end amenities and creative inspiration. If you are looking to play hard or chill out or do both, this is the place to be.

The Space:

An open floorplan lets the living room, dining room and kitchen flow into one another seamlessly. Everyone can hang out whether you are making a meal, watching a movie, or embarking on your next great creative endeavor.

SLEEPING:
The primary bedroom features a king size bed, a closet, an ensuite bathroom with a massive soaking tub, and 180 degree views of the desert.

The second bedroom also features a king size bed and closet and outlets for all of your devices built in to the bedside tables.

Both rooms have hanging rods for your clothes and plenty of space for your belongings. The rooms are also soundproof, providing privacy from the other bedroom and other guests.

In the living room, a chaise folds out to become a queen size bed for additional guests or just another place to chill.

OUTSIDE:
Hike the spectacular rock sculpture more than 85 million years in the making and explore the sweeping desert views from different vantage points.

Jump in our huge pool in the hot, sunny weather. Then rinse off at the one-of-a-kind boulder shower with hot water temperature control. Later, relax your sore muscles in the hot tub while the sun sets behind the many mountain ranges beyond the horizon.

Sit around the fire pit to keep warm, or pick a spot to lie down to stare at the stars.

FEATURES
The open kitchenette packs a punch of luxury convenience into a small, sleek space along with thoughtful storage for a clean, modern look. A gas cooktop stove, oven, Keurig, toaster oven, stainless steel fridge, BBQ just steps outside of the kitchen door and a sleek pony wall means you’re never far from the action no matter if you’re preparing for a family dinner or socializing with your friends and family in the living room area.

FAMILY:
We are family friendly! But no infants are allowed. Children 2 years old and above must be included as part of the total guest count. Please note that the house is NOT childproof (ie no outlet protectors, no gate to pool, etc). But the infants are allowed if the guests take full responsibility for them. Please see our House Rules for more information.

NO EXTRA GUESTS
You may not exceed the number of guests than what's on the reservation at any time without prior approval. No additional guests are allowed to ENTER the property at any time. You must get approval if you wish to have any visitors that are not on the reservation (day visitors). This is a strict rule with the county. Failure to follow this rule will result in immediate cancellation without refund. Any day guests must be approved prior to arrival. Day guests must leave by 10pm.

PETS:
Pets are accepted on a case by case basis and pet owners must agree to our pet rules before we can approve. Please send us the breed and age for consideration. We will request a $75 cleaning & companion fee per pet. Please see our House Rules for more information.

RESPECT:
PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF OUR NEIGHBORS! We are in a quiet, peaceful area of Joshua Tree. There are strict county ordinances regarding excessive noise and light pollution. Please respect our neighbors by following the county's Good Neighbor Policy and refrain from any loud outdoor noise or disturbances by 10pm. Failure to respect quiet hours or after an initial warning may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund.

NO OUTDOOR MUSIC:
Sound travels far in the desert. Take a moment to listen to how much you can hear! Guests must refrain from any outdoor music playing from amplifiers or bluetooth speakers at ANY time of day or other disruptions that may cause a disturbance to the community even outside of quiet hours. You may play music while in the house with the doors closed, but please only play music from your phone or computer at a low volume while outside. Thank you for being a good neighbor!

HOT TUB:
Our 4-person hot tub is set to 104 degrees.

OUTDOOR POOL & SHOWER: [POOL IS NOW AVAILABLE FOR SUMMER]
Our outdoor above-ground pool is filled and maintained for your enjoyment all year long. It is not heated, but there is an outdoor shower with water temperature controls right next to it making it the perfect spot for hot showers and cool dips. The pool is 4.5 feet deep and 15ft x 30ft wide. Please note there is a ladder and NO pool gate. We do our best to maintain the pool after every stay, but many small insects may try to take a drink and cool off in the desert heat. So do not be alarmed if you find bits of nature with you in the pool. As the pool is seasonal make sure to send us a message for confirmation.

AC/HEATING:
We have a split AC/heater unit in each suite.

WIFI:
We have the fastest wifi in the area (15mbps), but we do not guarantee these speeds at all hours of the day. We are in a remote area of Joshua Tree so speed depends on the neighborhood bandwidth, weather, and many other factors outside of our control.

PHOTOSHOOTS & VIDEOS:
If you’re interested in doing a photoshoot or shooting a video for commercial use, please let us know what it is for. You must get approval beforehand! If approved, we have an additional fee for licensing and usage.

WILDLIFE:
You’re surely guaranteed to encounter wildlife on your stay including families of Quail, coyotes, rabbits, rare Albino lizards, insects, snakes, and the endangered kangaroo mice.

NO SMOKING:
No smoking or burning candles. This is a non-smoking home. Any and all smoking should be kept outdoors and at least 15 feet away from any open exterior doors. There will be a $250 charge for anyone not honoring this guideline. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE CIGARETTE BUTTS in the property.

VENDORS
Nexxus pest control will be coming to the property to spray the exterior of the home on the first Friday of every month between 11am-4pm. They will not need to enter the home for any reasons.

CLEANING:
Health & safety is our number one priority. Our in-house cleaning team is trained on CDC and WHO protocols. We take extra measures to ensure the home is sanitized and safe before every arrival. For this reason we aren’t able to offer early check-ins or late check-outs. Thank you for understanding!

DEPOSIT OR WAIVER:
Our bookings are protected by SUPERHOG, our trust and safety partner. Guests must verify themselves through SUPERHOG after the booking is confirmed, which only takes less than a minute and is required prior to arrival. Guests will be asked to put down a refundable $500 deposit (minus a $15 processing fee) or a non-refundable $35 damage waiver that covers any damage up to $500. Guests will be contacted directly by SUPERHOG via text with a URL link to start the verification process.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
Saturday check-ins and check-outs are not allowed. We may grant an exception to this for last-minute reservations.

LACK OF CELLULAR COVERAGE:
You will notice that cell service is hard to come by in our secluded desert setting. Don't worry—consider it an invitation to unplug and fully immerse yourself in the natural beauty around you. We recommend planning ahead to make the most of this serene escape from the digital world.
