The view is obstucted to the ocean. It is a short walk to the edge of the beach, but along way to the water ( no fault of theirs of course) the room was nice. They are remodeling and fixing it up. Minor inconvenience was you have to check in at a hotel up the street. I would definitely stay here again. The hot tub was nice!

The location is the greatest thing about this place. It was not only dirty but the smell of cigarettes lingered badly. The master bathroom shower was moldy and mildewy. The freezer was unusable. It also was an inconvenience to have had to check in and out at another location. The unit was nicely decorated but the beds weren’t the most comfortable along with really bad water pressure in the showers as well. The pool and hot tub were nice although the jets in the hot tub were not working. I would consider staying here again if the unit was cleaned more thoroughly and updated. The only other issue is that the unit is on the corner of a busy street and traffic was busy the entire time while we were there. So it is quite noisy. If it weren’t for the awesome location I’d rate this one star.

Some misrepresentations in Ad but still Okay Place

Second time staying at Crystal Palms. A couple of items that need to be updated and consistent. The ad states ocean view, it’s not and the traffic is pretty loud but still nice 2 bedroom. Cleaner every other day, never had a cleaner or information on garbage and the front desk people stated it’s not included. Checkin on VRBO said 3pm, however front desk and an email said 4pm…so which is it.? Also, the place wasn’t super clean, and not enough garbage bags. Also, I tried contacting the rental manager and no one replied to me. We probably won’t stay here again. Pool is nice and heated but really loud.
